It is so valuable and kind of you to share your process of healing with us. Be it your ASMR content or a video like this, it really helps me reflect on my own needs and selfcare. Basically for all my life I have always tolerated people stepping over my boundaries again and again and again. Pushing myself to be a person that's suitable for others. Going through hard break ups in the last two years, I have started to finally stand up for what I want and need. I'm a very sensitive person, I can be extremely happy and outgoing, but once I'm overwhelmed I sleep and cry for days and even getting up to get my glass of water can be the hardest task ever. I'm sure you know how that feels. :) Anyways, sending you lots of peace, life, hugs, smiles, sunshine and thank you so much for sharing. Really found you at the right time and I'm so glad about it.

You remember my name🥰 It’s actually Øivinn but that’s okay. It’s 25 others that spell the name like I do in Norway. While it’s 13800 that spell it like Øyvind

Hi Fleur, I love watching your videos, I am going through a burnout myself and have been going through health issues since more than a year and a half; I could feel everything - healing is never linear, I am proud of you, please take care

I just.. fell apart at this, particularly when you were in your car at 3:18 , seeing you be happy and.. being happy about being happy😭 god it's just so touching to my heart and it is SO powerful. Being in a body that just feels like it's holding you down is so burdening. Fleur, I'm so proud of you. Your acceptance of your pain, your happiness, your sorrow.. Accepting that these feelings are valid is beautiful to see. It DOES fucking suck to feel burned, to know you want to do SO many things but you. just. Can't. Say it with me 🗣️: Progress is not linear. You are allowed to be euphoric one day and desolate the next. That is real, and denying your reality and what your body and mind are feeling will only inhibit you. Fleur you are a beautiful human in just.. Every way. This world is brightened so much by your presence; I know my smile always is:) I'm so glad to be a part of this community; your comforting music, your asmr, your soul, the healing we've witnessed in not just ourselves but YOU too! 🥲 Luv, so much🩵 Oh btw, (as someone who grew up in the deep woods, tick check is too relatable😅)

I hope you are able to overcome what's bothering you. Sometimes for me it's useful for me to focus on other senses, like sight, sound, smell, and feel something with my hands. Basically to pull my self towards the present and away from looking inwards. That being said sometimes it is important to grieve/cry when you feel a sadness type of energy welling up inside you. Grieving is a healthy part of the healing process.

hope you continue to recover /heal and many happy days are ahead for you. As someone with lifelong mental health issues (ocd) , it can get tough when your mind and body aren’t communicating properly. You have a lot of courage to share this and it will help others. Thank you for your inspiring content:)

I’ve been feeling pretty lonely and lost lately and honesty this video made me feel a lot better because sometimes I just want to be around women too. I just want like a best friend as childish as that sounds I want it so bad and I feel like anymore all I see is people who have perfect social lives and everything put together and it’s refreshing to see someone be so honest. I wish it wasn’t like this for you but I do appreciate someone finally showing the highs and lows of life instead of just the best highlights. You’re my absolute favourite person on Ultimate Guitar by the way, your originals are amazing :)

I remember you mentioning in previous videos that you’re recovering from a burn out, but I had no idea you were going through this much pain. Sending you lots of love, support, and good vibes along the way 🫶🏼 You made my day multiple of times with your cover songs, asmr videos and book reviews. We appreciate you so much!!❤ Thank you for sharing!! 🌻 Edit: I also want to let you know that your videos, particularly your cover and original songs, and your book recommendations have inspired and motivated me to get back to playing guitar, and increase the amount of books I read. Never under estimate the power and influence your videos have towards your viewers!!

At 1:54 I started tearing up with you and just wanted to hug you. I know that feeling really well when you try to fight the real "desperation tears". But then you look at yourself in the mirror and your inner pain just washes over you like a giant, drowning wave and you let go. 🥺 But last week after a long journey I overcame my worst anxiety I thought I never ever could and I had the same moment as you at 3:05. Healing can be so hard and awful but it can be beautiful too. ❤🩹 🌼Thank you for sharing, Fleur🌼

2:42 In general when I have trouble thinking about a topic, I find it usful to say, *topic name* is not good, its not bad, then say what it is/what its effect is. Crude Example but illustrates the point: Fire is not good, its not bad, it burns and produces heat. So if I want that effect than I use that effect. Like cooking food and warming up a room. But i do not want the effect of burning a place down. So I use fire carefully. Sidenote: I don't have trouble thinking about fire, I'm just using it because I think its easier for others to see what I'm saying.
