@@bradenjackson3494 that's where dynamic stretches are good. always take some time to do dynamics before a run, even if you only have a couple minutes. worth it to warmup your muscles and get your legs ready
@bradenjackson3494
@bradenjackson3494 Жыл бұрын
@@markbrowne1477 I know this is a semantic response but, that’s really just what warming up is. When I do back squats, I just do a couple warm is set and that’s about it. I do not stretch my legs or anything, Same goes for when I was in cross country. When it comes to running especially, it’s good to have the elastic response of your muscles for faster turnover in stride speed, it also makes it more natural. In summary, just better to warm up for things instead of stretching

Exactly 2 years ago I took my first steps after having to completely relearn how to walk, I had been bedridden for 160 days undergoing a bone marrow transplant as a part of my treatment for leukemia. Up until a months ago I could hardly run. It's been a long journey, but now I'm 2 years in remission and running 3 miles every morning! Your videos inspired me to start and I've never felt so good. Thanks dude!
