Noo.. waking up late screwed my metabolism, digestion . Gave lot of acidity issues. I used to sleep at 2.30 and wake up at 10. Now I am struggling from past 2months to get my sleep cycle to normal sleep atleast by 12 and wake up by 9. Still struggling

@@LakshmiKamathVlogs I know but most of us have to reach our job early, we don't have time for even breakfast most of times, sleep late because you still have work, basically today's work culture isn't good for your physical or mental health either. But as she is a youtuber, she can wake up anytime and work whenever she wants. It's nice to be your own boss.

Everyone have their own challenges, just because you wake up late doesn't mean that you are being lazy ,I don't cook but I usually sleep around 2o'clock in midnight due to work and get up at o'clock noon, and then also really feel tired after sleeping good enough..

@@neha2677that is because you sleep late and wake late. It is what it is. Victimization won't help just adjust your sleep cycle and work as well you will see the difference. My office required me to work even after office hours, the mentality was to work 6 days a week even if It's breaking my bone to death and saving the sundays but then I adjusted my work routine and shifted some tasks for sundays and did it consistently amd that helped get my sleep cycle back and now that complete my task given on time instead of piling it on I even find my days and sundays as bonus🎉. The world is huge with growing unhealthy amount of work and we can't change even one at times forget about all but atleast ours is in our hand just focus what you can do to shift that a bit. Hope it helps. I understand how draining it can be. Don't be offended, it is just a helping hand.

For me, my real breakfast is after 10am because i need to go for classes at 7am, i don't really have much time so just green tea and cornflakes. After i come back I eat something satisfying, oh i walk around 3km too. It's not all that healthy. The only thing healthy in my breakfast is my green tea 😀
