The lasagna soup looks stellar! So glad you used red lentils as I have excess from my curry recipes. I do like to add crunchy wild rice to my soup for that complete protein!

Same with tempeh! Had once - hated it. Then ate it heaps in Bali and now I happily eat it raw in meals.

I usually only have time to watch Derek Simnett's videos but I don't even make his recipes. Rose eats like me - cheap, easy and fully cooked meals. You're the only KZbinr that makes me think "I might make that".

These are definitely "Must Make Recipes." And it gives myself a really great reason to buy/try powdered peanut butter. Thank you for sharing your whole day meal preparation / meal ideas with us, Rose. It was fun🤗💕.

You must try to make tempeh at home, it's quite easy, and WAY more delicious than bought. No bitterness. And a cool video idea also 😊

Hey ... I just remembered, 🌹Rose has been traveling🌹 in Turkey and Greece for the last several weeks. So it makes sense, that's why we haven't gotten the pleasure of a video from her.

I hardly ever eat tofu bc I didn’t really like it when I was younger, but I tried it tonight and it was just fine! Maybe I just need to make it myself who knows.

If you don’t already eat them regularly, go gradually on introducing the various types of beans and pulses. Generally, I found hemp seeds/hearts to be the most accessible (no cooking or soaking required and no risk of gas). After that, nutritional yeast, seeds, and nuts are fast sprinkles of no-cook protein. Peas, artichokes, asparagus, and mushrooms will get you fiber and protein

What’s the best way to make yourself like seaweed?
@hynnow183 ай бұрын
Depends why you don’t like it. But generally having it mixed in with sesame seeds as a rice sprinkle topping (“furikake”) or the crunchier roasted seaweed will have textures people are used to

Interesting... You still use regular peanut butter. I've never used the powder peanut butter, but feel I overused peanut butter. Peanut butter is the plant eater's version of extra fatty hamburger. Both bad for the heart.

Can you include nutrition info with your recipes? Your serving sizes look excessive. I thought "You eat all that?!"
