Love the videos as Liezl makes everything simple and easy to understand plus has a really nice manner about herself. Started to meal prep more as I’m on the road 5 days and all the so called healthy protein bars are either full of sweeteners as well as other crap which gives me horrendous IBS - can’t be good for Gut health that’s for sure. Making my own protein bars is not only so much cheaper but far more importantly I know what’s in them.

That hot chocolate coffee is SO GOOD. I followed the recipe but added an extra tsp of sugar, a tsp of Sugar-free vanilla syrup, and a tsp of Sugar-free vanilla creamer. Totals to 53 calories, but it's so good T_T Highly highly recommend!

I cook my oats in milk but that will be more calories but makes a huge difference to the taste. I don’t have a huge milk intake so it gets me some calcium, I’m going to try your recipe this week x

Thank you for sharing . Love to see more and more people eat well and healthy! I started with meal plan since july 2022. Skip breakfast. Lunch around 12.30 : 40 gram rice, green vegetables, salmond. And dinner at 19.00 salads and chicken or beef and somerimes with dessert. No snack. Only coffee sometimes with milk, tea without sugar and water. I loose weight, sleep well and feel so good. I do exercises daily

I always like what you’re sharing on your channel. But every time I see the same title you use,I feel like it’s a little deceiving because these are not the exact same meals you used to lose those 42 lbs. It was years and years ago. Something like “meals to keep the weight off” or “meal ideas for weight loss” would still get people to click on this video

I had amazing results with kzbin.info/www/bejne/b6e5c5afZZZ2bJY I like some of the transitions, but sometimes they're a bit too much and are seemingly random. Since we use these persistent elements that transition across pages to indicate some kind of relationship between the previous and the next states, some of your transitions confuse me because I can't immediately see what the relationship is. For example 2:23 of the selectable tiles (which weren't selected) transition into being two switches... does that mean anything? are they related in some way? I see this as random and a bad use of the design language. However, at 1:14 I like the transition from switches to the ticks on a paper, that makes sense to me. Epic presentation tho

@@livi62502 Dang, I'm trying to lose 20 pounds, do you have any suggestions of what I can do? I've been trying since July, and only lost 5 pounds. I'm in a calorie deficit of 1300 and walk 2-3 miles 6 days a week. I've seen a lot of people do the same thing with great results but I'm not getting anywhere and I'm super frustrated at this point.

@@gianna526 I had the same issue. I figured out I had a dairy allergy so I quit eating dairy while staying in deficit and dropped the weight. Maybe evaluate your diet and see if anything is causing you to retain fat!
