I know that a lot of people want you to have different recipes, but I just want to say that I appreciate how consistent you are with your actual diet. I have been a long time viewer and I remember the first time you introduced us the oats you have every morning , and I just love that this isn't a show and you actually eat like this

Hi Annie! I've been watching you for years and I remember ages ago you introduced the concept of food combining in some of your videos, like eating certain things before others to get the most out of our digestion. I can't seem to find those videos anymore though and I was curious to see if that's still something you practice or not and how it might've helped/hurt your diet! Thank you so much!

@AnnieJaffrey I love your "What I ate today" videos 💗 I wouldn't recommend putting honey in hot dishes or drinks since all the minerals are destroyed that way, unless the drinks are warm max to 40°C. Sending love 💗

Annie, I think the next step for you should be to be careful with fruits / vegetables, if they are seasonal and where they're from. Tomates and cucumber in winter.... not so great. It's a bit ( a lot ?!) frustrating not to eat tomatoes for at least 6 months a year ^^ but for example if you go to the farmer's market you'll find some really good things ( ...which are definitely NOT tomatoes, in january) produced in your region, and that's much much better. Anyway, your videos are always an inspiration (I'm having the exact same porridge as yours while I'm writing this ;)) ) :)

What do you do with the pulp leftovers? I would feel bad throwing out so much of veggies, so I'm thinking this could make for a great base to make veggie cakes. Just add flour and/or egg if you eat them and bake/fry the mixture. (I'd say remove the pulp from the container before adding ginger and apple :-)

Hi Annie! I am watching you with So much pleasure. Can you tell how much time do you wait between the green juice and the oats? For example, I drink first the water lemon, then I have a coffee (10-15 minutes between) and then, after 30 minutes let’s say, I have oats. You motivated me to start eating healthier and I’m feeling a little bit better. Thank you for sharing with us!

Check out the vitamix blender. It's the best. You want to make sure you're getting all the nutritious fiber as well -- it shouldn't be separated. Some people call it 'pulp', but the skin of the apple holds most of the vitamins. If you can, buy organic. I'll do a video on how I make mine. Cheers! PS: LOVE your lunch! I'd forgotten about Quinoa. Going to get some today.

Hi! Thank you for the video. I was wondering if you ever consider or count the calorie content of your meals? Have you done that in he past? I do enjoy healthy food, yet I feel like the only way to control my eating and weight is by counting calories. After years of on and off calorie counting I must say it gets quite overwhelming and I feel irritated; and then I just eat a lot like for a couple of weeks and don't feel the best; and then get back to the calorie counting :). What are your thoughts on that? As healthy foods can be quite high in calories. Thank you.
