There are recipes online for this buckwheat-chia bread - some use whole buckwheat that you have to soak. I found one recipe that uses buckwheat flour, so it requires no soaking & looked pretty good.

I've been blitzing frozen pineapple and frozen cherries in my food processor (separately) and then adding them into banana ice cream so they are still little chunky bites, and then adding a few walnuts on top. It's sooo good.

Oh Ami you are amazing. After having a flood you just moved on as if no big deal. I would be crying still. Anyway thanks for your videos I look forward to them. And I’m certainly not interested in a pure raw channel as there are others if I was interested but to me a healthy lifestyle includes both cooked and raw foods. I love smoothies and big salads a# well as loads of beans, grains, potatoes and cooked veg. So as long as you don’t go raw like your mom…. I’m in.

I love raw food content, I’d love to see more of your mum making raw stuff!
@elsieann2424 Жыл бұрын
You and James take everything -even a flood - in stride. Just your life approach is inspiring. I too went raw because I thought it would help me get slim. I got so hungry on raw. I have had to work my way back to appreciating raw too. Now I don’t expect that I’ll ever give up my cooked food, but I get the appeal of the fresh food. Please don’t feel you need to come up with new and special recipes for us all the time. Just watching you make simple meals help me stay on track. That said, I have all your recipes and have bought all 3 of your meal plans and I love and use your recipes a lot. Thanks for all you do and all your tips. Did you ever have a challenge with emotional eating? I’d love to hear how you shifted to only eating low calorie density even if you wanted to consume a whole carton of Ben & Jerry’s.
