“Coming off novocaine in a lightning storm during a missile attack” There’s a song in there, somewhere
@HussarianbrotherАй бұрын
Add something about a train and a cheating wife and it’d be a damn fine country song.
@myowndrummer3372Ай бұрын
I accept your challenge. Here is what Claude AI came up with Verse 1: Mac's jaw still numb, novocaine fading Thunder rolls as sirens start blaring Flashes in the sky, but not just lightning Missiles arc, a deadly dance frightening Chorus: Caught between nature's fury and man's Mac stumbles forward, gun in hand Senses dulled but duty calls As rain and rockets start to fall Verse 2: Mind hazy, trying to focus Storm and battle both ferocious Mac pushes on through mud and haze Determined in these chaotic days (Repeat Chorus)

Glad you've turned up again, as it's so busy now,was becoming a little concerned now your special forces and that. Ukrainian dentists are the best, I took the wife in for some work we'd been planning for ages,decided while I'm here I'll have a check up. Thanks to UK dentistry ,it turned out I needed a rebuild pretty urgently. Crowns were ripped off ,crowns were added fillings were removed new "safe"ones put in. All to top spec with equipment my dentist in the UK probably dreams about, the price was also something to dream about. Huge industry in medical tourism to come here, better than any around in the E.U. promo done, where's my cheque?

Hey mate. Aussie here. Inactive ADF but also a Dentist. Love the way you sign off you videos. On the dental, it sounds like you may have devitalised the nerves of some of your upper teeth when you landed after jumping during the mortar fire. Knocking them like that can create internal inflammation. Swelling is part of the inflammatory process, but given the dental pulp (nerve) is housed inside a root that can't itself swell, the 'nerve tissue' dies from excessive swelling as it is crushed against the solid internal root canal shape. Sometimes when this occurs people never notice it. I've come across it many times, simply by being thorough when examining patients. It can be verified by testing the vitality of each tooth. We look for a response (Y/N) and the nature of the response. A reliable method is a stick/pellet of decanted CO2...CO2 test. There are other tests that are easier and quicker (less reliable) but also others that are much more technical/costly (very reliable). Anyway, when that dead tissue leaks out of the root into the bony area surrounding it, it often creates an immune response. Typically this is what people feel or describe as an 'abscess' but it's usually just inflammed, healthy bone If it's been there for ages, the body will secure the area by forming a barrier around the dead tissue to stop it spreading (cordon it off). This is an actual abscess. If that increases in size, it hurts like fk as the root behaves like a shock absorber with the pointy part jamming into the abscess. Sometimes, to relieve the pressure, the body will form a tube that connects the internal abscess with the skin over the bone on the jaw the root is in. It might then burst and drain all that crud into the mouth. Relieving the pressure, relieves the pain (doesn't solve the problem) and often people chug along with these things unawares. Sometimes though, those abscesses turn into cysts and even then, sometimes those cysts grow and grow without people knowing. I would like a dollar for everyone that's pissed and moaned about whether it was worth taking X-Rays. I've found a few cases like yours where poor patients were oblivious to some hardcore issues bubbling away. One dude need bone from his hip to replace the jaw bone he'd lost from cysts. It sounds like you got looked after properly. I think they probably gave you something more than novacaine. That's just local anaesthetic to make you numb. They might have given you some Midazolam...in which case (enjoy!) It's pretty common in oral surgery. It should say on your medical records. If it was only the local anaesthetic then that's a pretty adverse reaction that should be documented. Lets say, that isn't what's meant to happen. Definitely get some follow-up on those teeth to check for vitality. It's possible those palatal cysts had nothing to do with front tooth trauma but it is a super common occurrence and outcome (hence why the long post). I hope it all goes well for you. Give those invaders a pasting. Love the 12G? beside the chair...legit old school.
