Hope you enjoy your ultrasonic cleaner. Simple green works wonders for most applications. There are many effective cleaners for different metals but you have to experiment to be sure you do not damage any metals. I screwed up some needles from a KX 60 carb by using a degreaser called superclean. They got pitted in a 5 minute ultrasonic bath. I like to do my carbs, and brake calipers and master cylinders once a year because I can.

I think you need to run the ultrasonic cleaner longer and higher in temp (only when you have plastic or rubber parts, you need to be careful with the temp). I run mine at 80 degrees celcius (the max temp in mine) for 30 minutes! It works great for carbs, my wr250f runs great now ;) great video btw. Have a nice day

Great video. What I find the ultrasonic cleaner particularly good for is to clean carburetors and the parts inside like the jets etc.. They can do miracles with those

Using a small plastic or metal screen with some small rubber feet will help to reduce the overall noise I have found. (keeps the part off the base of the tray from rattling...I think, not a scientist but it works pretty good here.)

The dirt in the cam came from the link you cleaned...Not sure if this would help you or not since you get frames so freakin clean and nice looking but a Vapor Blaster is the thing to have..It puts an unbelievable awesome surface on aluminum that`s been pitted..You know how a new CR/XR/CRF frame looks like it`s coated or painted, well it been vapor blasted at the factory and it closes the pores in the metal so it`s easily cleaned.....I used it on my XR650R frame and rims that were pitted from sitting in a damp barn for 10 years and the bike looks like new now..Wish I could send you picks of it..You could start buying bikes that are a little older and make them like new again ! Just a idea...PEACE

My 14 KLX 110L is lacking power, it's more noticable in 3rd & 4th gear, especially when trying to wheelie, theres just no power to keep the front wheel up. I adjusted the valves, cleaned the cab and the air filter but to no avail. I do wheelie it alot...don't know if could have hurt somthing ??...any suggestions ??

Thanks for watching dude!! You may need to rejet. Make 100 percent sure the jets are cleared out, then adjust your fuel screw and rejet if necessary.

Thanks for the reply !! I have the bike jetted correctly for my aftermarket pipe and u-flow filter...why do you say I may have to rejet ? It's been a few months since I cleaned the carb, so I don't remember if I checked the jets to see if they were clogged, so I'll check that out.
