I started using similar check valves on my doser. About a month later I was having problems with sps. Found that the check valve on the calcium line was putting rust into the water.

Hello. Love your videos and CJ's. Both helped me a lot. I'm actually cycling my tank right now and studying Coral to get. I have a waterbox reef 70.3. I wanted to always do something similar to what you have on your back glass. What Coral is that flowing around the return nozzles? The green grass like Coral. Also my overflow box is in the center, will this Coral grow and block the overflow and stop a good amount of waste to go into the overflow? Any pros and cons to having my entire back glass covered with this Coral? Sorry about all the questions.

It is called Gsp and yes it will block Flow a bit, but all you do is a minor trip every few months. Other than that no real draw backs

Hi. I have a 8 months old reef tank, I’m started getting Corals around 3 months ago and I got a bunch in last 2 weeks. I’ve had tested for the last 3 days to see if I have to start dosing since my Kh is always been low but my Ca is alway stable at 480 ppm. My Kh started at 7.8 and after 3 days it’s at 7.4. My Ca still the same. Can only dose Fusion 2? Or I’ll have to dose the same amount of Fusion 1 even tho my Ca is ok?

im using trpoic marin salt which has an alk between 7-8.. i just tested for the first time and it came to 5.8 which is extremely low... any idea on what i should do ? i have my first zoas coming in on Wednesdays so i need to figure this out quick! i dont really want to start dosing in this small of a tank its only 15g. Also i just added chemi pure blue can this lower the alk ? i didnt test the alk before adding the chemi pure

put a ph controller to control the solenoid on the regulator even a nano can thrive ! A parasitical flow control 1ml/min up to 120ml/min with no corals just fish you can make a new tank viable test every day to dial it in.

The time I film lights are on regular schedule. I have radions and have the reef link problem where it never connects. It would be a crazy hassle to turn them white so I just run with it.
