In this episode, I'll show you what I eat in a day at 1,700 calories...Which is technically 1,703 because my math is horrible lol.
I'll start the morning with a high protein, high fiber breakfast bowl. Then for lunch, I'll show you how to make a baked chili potato with enough calories left over for an ice cream snack. Then lastly, I'll show you how to make a Prosciutto and apple cheese-wrapped chicken with a brown butter sage sauce with mashed potatoes as a side, asparagus, and a glass of wine! proof that you don't have to feel deprived to eat healthy!
