I'm surprised you didn't talk about protein, with your food choice i can tell you have 10 to 12% of your calorie coming from protein( fruit are less than 5%,potatoe rice are around 10%, oat/sesame seed are 14%,green vegetable is more than 30% but too low on calorie to make a big difference, you dont eat legumes which are around 25 to 35 % prot, no soy and don't take any protein powder....) which is absolutely impressive since you have great muscle mass,pretty lean and on top of that you are mainly endurance type athlete, clearly impressive, total protein myth debunk, assuming you eat 4500 calorie, that mean 450 calorie from protein =110g, if you eat around 3000 kcal its 300cal from protein =75g, i don't know how much you weight, but its low to moderate protein intake imo for you, really want to have more Stat to see how much protein per kg of lean body weight you are eating, but i will clearly spend less time trying to over consume legumes or tofu now or over thinking about protein intake, you are the best ❤️

@HellahGood6 жыл бұрын
yes! It's all about consistency. When you think it's getting too easy that's when you can take it up a notch.. and you can do that either by trying to make the distance longer in the shorter time or the time longer. Try it out! You might be surprised with yourself

Athletes hearts become bigger causing a larger heart for the body . It will help you become younger and not burn your body out like a car with high mileage it will slow the the ageing .Some 2 days out the week meditate instead of working out . Keep up the good routine and eat the live enzymes .

@31rafa5 жыл бұрын
It seems like he has a good genetic, maybe his body build muscle more easily. If I eat only this in the video I could lose the few muscle that I have (I'm skinny). I need a lot of protein and much more calories than that to handle this exercice routine and build muscles.

Dates are another good natural sweetener. I always inhale those haha. You can soak them with your cashews before blending. Good potassium source as a pre/post workout food. Another awesome mix (especially in the summer): blend about half an avocado with frozen bananas and if you want, add berries of your choice. It is the BOMB! I don't run as much as I used to, but I also do capoeira and cycling. I haven't lifted weights in almost a year and I'm surprised with how I was able to maintain my physique based on just bodyweight and using resistance bands. You're right, weights aren't necessary to maintain muscle.

I know a guy 6'3, full muscle around 215lbs, bodybuilder, and he runs marathon. Time is ok 4.5hours. Unless you're the 1% in the elite, then ud be skinny marathon runners. I like your content, just found out about it :D I like your physique, that's the one I want to get, just maybe 5kg more? not sure lol Id preffer to be athletic, like Conor McGregor at 170 perhaps. Do you go to gym? or? how do you train your muscles? :D

Thanks! I do go to the gym but do mostly body weight exercises on top of running. You can do anything you put your mind to, remember that!

Sounds like all you do is talk lol, you are already doing it wrong. Why? Because everyone is different, and I am talking biologically not the cliché statement. My abs look different than my brothers, but we both have a six pack. Stop comparing yourself to others because you will never get there with that mindset. Another thing that nobody emphasizes, is that fitness is a lifestyle. Are you willing to commit? Are you disciplined enough? Its a mindset. Good luck

How you can get enough protein from that food. Avocado, rice, vegetables, oat, banana. I think it is low protein food
@ujuhhuiolxjjdh49695 жыл бұрын
Because you don't need as much protein as the industry make you think. You can cover your protein intake with a vegan diet easily. Btw I am not vegan.
@Nvrr05 жыл бұрын
You don’t need as much protein as they tell you, I get around 70/100 a day being vegan. I do take a protein powder because I’ve always have , before being vegan and it’s just been routine for me but I take it every other day when I do chocolate açaí Bowls. I’m not a body-lifter, I have more of a an athletic lean build, like a wr in football, check out simmnet nutrition on KZbin , he’s also in really good shape and uses Cronometer and gets between 80/110 grams of protein from the videos I watched.

@@Nvrr0 i dont know. First im not a man. I dont need too much muscle. Even through, i get trouble to maintain my weight when im try vegan. It go down, muscle loss and i look skinny. So i stop vegan for a while, my weight back, my muscle back. I dont even know if i can get 50g protein per day or not. Without supplement....get 50g protein per day with vegan is really mess up

@@SenEmChannel You are not loosing weight because of veganism, you loose weight because you eat less calories than you burn. And 50 grams of protein on a vegan diet is really not a problem. 100 grams of lentils with 200 grams of pasta and there you have it in one meal.
@devina78195 жыл бұрын
For optimal muscle gain you need .8 grams of protein per Pound but you can obviously get by with less

Great video. I'm a carnivore but I train a lot of vegan clients. I will send them to your channel.

You make me think of chadwick boseman for some reason 😅 I’m going to invest in one of those foam rollers now. I always feel like crap after a good day of HIIT 😩

Awesome! Congratulations to you man! I just saw your "Why I Run Every Day" videos, and am very happy that I found you and your channel. You seem like a very good and dedicated guy. Someone to look up to. That's why I'm watching and commenting yuor videos. You also have an impressive body. However, with all do respect - I feel like dark people seem to have more defined and chiseled or "bulkier" muscles. Am I right or totally wrong? (Haha). Also, I would love to start running everyday like you, and I've thought about it countless times before, but I have an issue with back pain and in my joints in my legs in general whenever I run, which absolutely sucks... Regardless, it's great to see that you can maintain a muscular physique despite running so much! Cheers!

Thanks so much! Glad you found my channel, too. A lot of people say darker complexion like being tan helps with definition but there are chiseled light skin people and fat light skin people too, lol so hard to say. You can totally do the runs.. just find the best shoes & surface and don't push yourself too hard to the point of pain! keep your time shorter but stay consistent!
