Happy Thursday! I weighed this morning and my weight remained the same. No loss & no gain which is pretty typical after losing a lot of weight. It seems as if the last 10 pounds are the most difficult to drop. I'll continue on the plan as I showed in the video. if I don't drop any weight next week, I'll re-evaluate my foods and increase my walk time. I'll keep you all posted. xoxo Marlene

Hi Mo this was so helpful ! I just re-joined Weight Watchers mostly for my husband because he really needs to lose weight for his breathing issues I do not cook bad but it's surprising what you think is healthy ends up being a lot of points. I can always stand to lose 5 pounds 8 pounds anything more and it's too much for me at 79 years old. When you start a diet like this you just have to make sure you have the right foods in your pantry and your refrigerator so you don't reach for bad foods so that you always have the healthy choices available. But what I like about WW is that you can really eat anything you want you don't have to deprive yourself. I'm a firm believer that if you think you have to deprive yourself you won't stick with anything long-term and losing weight and dieting is a long-term effort not just a short term life change. I am a weight watcher lifetime member years ago but I used to hate counting points writing them down keeping journals it was so time-consuming to me. But the WW app makes this so much easier and I don't have to go to a meeting and weigh in I can do it in the privacy of my own home! I wrote A book called " finding the right diet for you" And I truly believe everyone has to find the right diet for them in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle long term! You know fad diets don't get it. The weight u lost is amazing! Some of the recipes you showed were really easy and the presentation was great and that's important. 😊I find it a little difficult because my husband is a fussy eater so cauliflower broccoli certain things he just won't go near so I have to be diligent on my choices. @@MarleneFabGlamOver50 I have been having the best time skipping around your “what I eat in a day or 6 days. I am not going in any order. One video will be 6 months ago and the next one will be 2 months ago. It’s such a treat to watch your loss. I need to lose about 30 pounds. I had bypass surgery about 25 years ago and lost about 120 pounds. I weigh 163 pounds now and wear a size 16. My problem more than weight is health. I have neuropathy and it creates terrible pain. My ears perked up when you talked about your knees and walking. I can’t do a lot of physical activity but maybe I can do a really slow program. It has brightened my day to watch your videos and catch up. Do you still go to Kansas for part of the year? I assume it would be freezing there.

Thanks! These are so helpful to me. I am calorie counting but my weight loss has been very slow. I’m ok with that though. Question…are you doing any exercise? Also, I so agree with you, I eat everything I want but I control my portions and this does take time to figure out what the best portion for me is.

Hi Kim, I don't mind at all. I do eat the yolks on occasion. I try not to eat them too often because the yolk has high amount of fat and cholesterol. I've never had high cholesterol and would like to keep it that way. I eat a lot of eggs, so I need to be careful. However, the yolk do have essential vitamins. I don't think it's a good idea to give them up altogether. xoxo

Hi Vicky, yes, I drink about 72oz/day. I drink bottle water, Sparkling Ice, and Zoe. These all count towards my water intake. Recently, I also started drinking Cirkul. Instead of it being a sparkling flavored such as the sparkling ice or Zoe, the is a 0 calorie flavor added to water. I purchased them right from the Cirkul website. xoxo Marlene

Everything looks delicious! I've never followed WW but eat similarly on my own. I've recently put on maybe 10 pounds. After 2+ years of not eating fruit, I started eating a piece of fruit every day. I truly believe that triggered the carb cravings and I fell off the wagon. So now, like an addict, I have to go cold turkey and break the cycle. I feel better already! Still wearing the same clothes so the damage wasn't too horrible.

Love your videos. I am struggling with weight loss and really need some advice. What is the protein powder you add to milk? I live in NH near a Whole Foods & Trader Joe's. I do not eat red meat or any kind of sausage. Chicken & seafood are my staples along with vegies, fruit, oatmeal, bagels & English muffins occasionally. Your daily menus are similar to what I eat however I have a difficult time eating at night. Mostly salty snacks. Not good for my BP! HELP Appreciate your feedback

I don't have a Whole Foods or Trader Joe's anywhere near me (I'm in central FL); The protein powder is Orgain Organic Creamy Chocolate Fudge (there are many flavors). I purchase it on their website. If you can't find it, I left a link in my description box. I have also seen it at Cosco, and I believe it's also available on Amazon. I have the subscription which offers a bit of saving on their website. If you need to have a salty snack in the evening, perhaps consider some popcorn if you like it. Good Thins are also a good salty alternative. There are quite a few flavors and are low in points. If I want to have something salty in the evening, I'll have about 5 or 6 Good Thins with a Laughing Cow cheese wedge (total points 2 or 3). xoxo
