When you showed the black zapote Ellen Fisher immediately came to mind. I look up to both of you because you ladies showed how to live vegan in two different worlds--yours being fast-paced, urban and realistic and hers being well, picturesque, dreamy and just goals (you're also goals but you know what I mean). If ever you come to Hawaii it would be super nice if you can visit her and collab and just learn from each other. Life is all about nonstop learning and I believe everyone we meet has a purpose in our lives. Also, there's nothing more beautiful than two strong women uniting to bring their common philosophy up front. 💕💕

lol. you can make homemade coconut yogurt from probiotic capsules and coconut milk. costs like $17 for probiotics and $2.50 for a can of coconut milk! and the capsule package has 20 or more capsules in it so you don’t have to keep buying it!

I love creamy soups! Honestly the easiest way for me to get in my veggies that I don't like too much lol for texture I like to pour mine over rice. So. Good. That's actually a Meixcan thing lol. We love rice in our soups.
