Lovely meals as always! Just a quick tip: you should always heat up your soup after you've blended it because the soup can go bad when you don't. It has something to do with the air that comes is the soup.

Or you can do as I did and buy a soup maker. Boils the veg etc then automatically blends, you set it for either smooth or chunky soup.
