What I Eat In a Day After Having Hypothalamic Amenorrhea

Curious what others with HA are eating while they're trying to get their period back? And then, what is eating like after the 3 month recovery period?
Here's a quick glimpse into what I eat in a standard work day. FYI after estimating the calories it comes to around 2500+ calories.

Amenorrhoea is not bad for all women. Heavy periods and PCOS made me drop sex forever. When you bleed heavy you will never let anyone near your v. Anyway, sexual purity turned out to get me closer to Jesus Christ so I won in the end. "Flee fornication.
