Dr. Price; I asked a question on another video of yours on what you ate on a daily basis to maintain your physique and your explanations are clear now. On another note, being a Chemist, would you also address the 'Blood Type Diet' and how we should eat accordingly. Years ago, I tried adopting the 'vegan' diet, remained hungry, suffering from my pre-disposed Diabetic issues, I began to look like a 'drug addict'. It just didn't work for me. My daughter is a Vegan, has the perfect physique, well proportioned etc. When she tells people that she is a vegan, they can't believe it. It's obvious everything doesn't work for everyone.

Just finished a 2 old lat and bicep session. All calories arent created equal. I can get enough nutritient in daily consumption of 4oz green juice, fruit, bean and veggy bowl, chic pea and greens wrap (as example). Im guessing this would take probably about 10,000 calories of dead animal food to get anywhere close to the nutrition I get and there would still be a ton of phytochemicals missing.

My mom always cooked out of Cast iron pans and we always had more than one vegetable at dinner. I grew up fairly healthy eating lemons oranges grapefruit tomatoes onions it wasn't a terrible life. Now I'm almost 60 years old no one believes me because(they all tell me) my body looks like I'm maybe in my 40s. For my years I'm still very muscular my chest my arms lats, traps are still very defined compared to most of my friends..I'm not 100% that my diet has helped my along my way but it surely hasn't hurt either.😊

I lived in Germany for 10 years, and it is pretty-much customary to eat your heaviest meal during lunchtime, with dinner typically being something much lighter. One of the companies that I worked for actually had a full-sized kitchen, and there would be German women in there putting their food for later into the oven at the start of the day. A lot of German people also take strolls after eating dinner. All of this is probably part of the key to their longevity, and fitness, because it’s nothing to see an “elderly” person on the bike trail blowing passed you on your own bike, as if you were standing still. 😂

Respectfully there is no proof that a plant based diet is the best diet. For example people that are insulin resistant , eating fruit raises you’re blood sugar. Also meat fat is not bad for you. Many vegans have left the vegetarian diet due to humans being carnivores by nature. People do your own research but don’t always think because something that works for someone will always work for you. Doctor or not

Can you cover frozen fruit/vegetables in one of your videos? A very scarce topic hard to find objective information on, especially from a live food perspective. It's a lot more cost-efficient way for many people to get their greens and fruit in, especially in northern countries. However, is it as good? What's your standpoint on their nutrition? Is the food still considered alive? Do they maintain alkaline state when frozen? Are they good for our digestive tract? Can we replace half of our fresh with frozen with similar effects? etc. etc.

The one thing I learned from an Ayureda teacher that emphasized that fruit should be eaten alone or leave it alone! That stuck with me. I also intermittent fast for about 16 hours/day and it's a game changer. I'm not vegan though, but heavy vegetables in my diet and not a lot of fruit (sugar is sugar). 🙏🏾✌🏾

Great video.. in the mornings when I get up I drink water with key lime juice in it... in about an hour I'll drink hot tea . I'll each lunch between 11am and 12.. usually salads or pasta. It varies. about 4 hours later I'll eat fruits and nuts, then 3 or 4 hours later ill eat dinner which varies. I still eat meat about 3 or 4 days a week.... I'll do between 12 to 18 hours of intermittent fasting each day. Sometimes I'll eat real late and I can feel it in the mornings . Thanks for sharing!

Peace Bro! Good info here, I'm in the process of making changes, most of what your saying is exactly what I want to do. Finding what to eat seams to be my biggest question. Slowly I am getting answers. I believe in eating only what you need and concentrating on eating the best to feed yourself. Thank you for the info.

From an ayurvedic/yogic standpoint this lines up with the notion that the body's highest metabolic rate corresponds with when the sun is highest in the sky i.e. 12pm- 3p which means it's the best time to eat your heaviest meal of the day. Love your work Doc! 👍 keep it up!

I'm in the process of detoxing. I've been vegan since 2010 however the last few years I started eating more process foods and vegan sugary desserts. They're so addicting I decided to go cold vegan turkey. So far so good. The ginger and lemon in the mornings help tremendously to eliminate certain foods cravings. Thank you so much for your enlightened videos. I'm currently binge watching. I will be adding your detox herbs. Blessings

Hi Doctor Bobby Price...I'm really enjoying your videos this one was an eye opener I've been eating raw vegan for a week now and want to continue long term. I'm getting motivation from looking at your videos. I eat mainly between 10-8 or 12-8. I was surprised when you said you put ginger in your water I will try that. Also eating fruit first thing is an eye opener as well. Thank you for the great information.

I did a raw food and seed no meat, sugar or dairy challenge for a month. I never went back to eating meat, dairy or sugar. It's been almost two years. The only food I still may taste on few occasions is a spoonful of some type of dessert. Well I hope my story inspires you not to stop. My decision to make the change was to see if I had the willpower.

Hi Doc.! I have only recently begun to eat a predominately plant based diet. I have an awesome doctor who advised that I begin to eat more fiber, as a result of having lab 🧪 results returned with a slight cholesterol increase. Since October, 2022 I am still going strong with eating mostly fiber type foods. Such as: walnuts, pumpkin seeds, pecans, wild caught salmon, red snapper, trout. Bell peppers, garlic, onions, leeks, parsley, carrots, celery, various greens. Etc. Like you I am doing the intermittent fasting. Mostly reduced to one meal a day. Though I will sometimes eat nuts and raisins, cheese and crackers before my daily meal. I also wait until noon to eat for the day, on most days. Or at the earliest about 10- 11AM. Beverages are green tea and lemon water. I am going to try ginger from listening to this video! I feel great and it hasn’t even been a year yet! I crap regularly! I feel lighter and my energy levels have improved! I am 58-years old and believe if I keep doing what I am doing as a lifestyle nothing can stop me from having a healthy, long life span!

I love the fact that we eat very similarly! When you mentioned IF, breaking fast with a fruit, eating lighter in the evening, I was like ‘yes he is speaking my language!’ Coming from a vegetarian background, and having transitioned to vegan recently, I will always advocate for healthy plant based and vegan lifestyles. How you eat affects so much more than gut health and weigh loss. It can improve your life holistically ❤ thank you for dropping knowledge Dr. Price!
