Thank you! I newly discovered you via a recent Well+Good article: How to Cook Scrambled Eggs! :) The Epic Table Podcast was added to my Spotify library. Website saved under "Foodie" favorites tab. This vlog was based your routine "day in the life...". What does your food/exercise look like when you are doing your monthly intermittent fast? I am going to take on your 16:8 fasting ratio and monthly calendar-the first full week of each month. If my high intensity w/o session is 6am--what is my best 8hr eating window?

Love the look on the oatmeal and the lunch. I've just started intermittent fasting so am taking more care over the food that I do eat. Just need to get my arse in gear now to get into the gym. I used to go to Equinox in High Street Kensington (London) and it was by far the most beautiful gym I've even seen.

Bro - love this video!! Maybe one of my favorites yet!! Couple things: (1) We GOTTA get a workout sesh in together in NYC at some point!! (2) My morning protein shake looks almost identical to yours and I didn't even know it!! (3) Our morning routines are eerily similar except that I don't have quite as much time to read as I would prefer in the morning! (4) Simon Hill is THE MAN!! (5) Charley St. Chorizo is AMAZING!!!

looks absolutely delish! Don't know why you would incorporate 20g of fats in your post w/o smoothie though... I usually want quick absorbing carbs and protein after a workout with no fats added for fast uptake.
