Attempted to do another what I eat in a day video, but it just turned out to be another super busy day with me grabbing what I can and making the best of it 🥴
I keep my eating window between 9am to 4pm and try to eat as much whole foods as possible. I’ve recently read a book on foods that may cause a lack of energy and I’m trying to somewhat follow that. What’s Interesting is that foods I consider healthy are on the list of foods to avoid. Foods like: quinoa, goji berries, tomatoes, egg plant, cashews, and a bunch of others! We’ll see how it works out. So far, I do have increased energy, but that could all be in my head 😇
For snacks I’ll typically eat nuts, but I still have such a weakness for sweets and will have some everyday. I’m working REALLY hard to cut out processed sugar, but it’s so HARD 😭
Also, I wasn’t able to video the snacks I ate while in the classroom. I had trail mix, walnuts, almonds, and kiwi. I did a good job of avoiding the Lindt truffles in my cabinet, but that’s a rarity for me lol
