Yess. On a plant based diet, there's no calorie restriction! However, you shouldn't ever only eat salads. You need to carb up with potatoes, beans, rice, lentils etc. You eat until your heart's content lol.

You guys need to try this restaurant called "The Shop House", it's one of the best quick restaurants around me!! It's just like chipotle but Southeast Asian instead of Mexican. You can make your own bowl or pick a certain type of bowl. They have choices or brown rice, white rice, or Asian noodles. Then you can pick you meats, which they have chicken, pork, and falafel meat ball. After pick your meat you can pick your vegetables, which are green beans, corn, and more. Then to top it of you pick your topping which can be slaw, sauce, nuts or all three. You haft to try this place if you have one in your area.

You shouldn't feed birds bagels- If a bird is filling up on bread (keep in mind intake of water makes the bread also bloat, further filling the bird) they may not continue eating. Even if a bird's bones are healthy when it begins to ingest bread, the body's need for calcium to the organs will take priority over calcium to the bones and the body will leach calcium from the bones to provide the organs and soft tissue. The bird can also potentially starve to death from lack of protein. It depends on the birds that eat it. How much bread do they consume vs. how much natural foods will they still eat. If the bird was pregnant Calcium is needed to form egg shell so lack of it can cause "rubber eggs" or thin shelled eggs which will break easily. Everything a baby needs to develop is inside the egg when it is created, so a lack of calcium can prevent an embryo from developing or can cause a baby to develop with signs of metabolic bone disease such as angel wing.
