Some of you have noticed that two of my recent recipe videos have been taken down (one of them being the video with the recipe for the raw brownie I ate in this video!). This was due to a copyright issue but they will be up again this weekend! Very frustrating but will work to get them both up tomorrow for you :) Hope you enjoyed today's video!

Madeleine Olivia thanks I was wondering! I loved the pesto pasta idea and wanted to try it but forgot the recipe! Thanks for letting me know!
@tbd6 жыл бұрын
Was it due to the music or what was the copyright issue?
@FoodDiary20236 жыл бұрын
It's usually (99.99% lol) because of the music. KZbin doesn't let you know right away either, which is what makes it frustrating as you lose views upon removing it and it causes confusion for viewers.

Love your style of videos! For me the problem with many vegan cooking channels is that they don't seem relatable to me cooking-wise. Your way of cooking and displaying your daily life seems very much relatable so I enjoy watching it. Haha don't know what the point of this comment was but anyway I like your channel!
@MadeleineOlivia6 жыл бұрын
My aim is always to be my normal self and relatable as I want to share just how easy veganism can be :) So thank you for the comment as it really means I'm on the right track with my videos!

your videos have been so beneficial to me. I've gone vegetarian, I can't go vegan because i live 5 out of 7 days in a strict boarding house, but these videos have really helped me with my relationship to food and finding ideas for breakfasts and lunches. I literally only just ate some cinnamon and brown sugar porridge with bananas and berries and god it was so good, i got the idea from one of your videos, thank you for sharing all these great recipes!!
@lisettelachat18706 жыл бұрын
Daisy A what do you mean a strict boarding house is stopping you going vegan ?
@daisya81546 жыл бұрын
lisette la chat hey I’ll explain! So basically because I live in a Boarding House with about 150 other students we have limited chefs and those chefs have to mass produce meals right, so there are restrictions on how far dietary requirements can go in the boarding house, as they do not have the time to individually prepare lots of different meals, so since there is not a mass demand for vegan options they do not produce a vegan option! Even if they did produce a vegan option I would still be restricted as the snacks and other foods the are provided within the boarding house aren’t vegan friendly and I do not have the means to pay for them myself. As someone who has had a history of negative eating habits I would prefer to try and regularly fuel my body with non vegan products then eat minimal food and keeping vegan which could trigger past habits. Xx

Daisy A aw that must be really frustrating, good on you for going vegetarian though!

Have you thought about investing in a pressure cooker so you can buy dried legumes and cook yourself instead of the tins ? I find this produces less waste and you get lots of the chickpea juice to be an egg substitute.

Loved this ❤. Gives me great ideas of different things I can make for my daughter to eat as she seems to eat the same things over like vegetable soup with avocado on toast, vegetable stir fry with brown rice or frys nuggets or salad rolls. Have to tell you that good old youtube put a SPAM ( real spiced ham) ad in the middle of your vlog. Surely they can come up with something more appropriate like an avocado ad or something ☺. That's amazing seeing snow near the beach. My friend's daughter has just travelled to Cambridgeshire for 3 weeks. So she has gone from 30°c plus temps every day to snow. Wondering if you liked the taste of the cheese? xx

it snowed only ONCE the first time in history in my city. and I was very pissed that day because I wanted to go shopping but I couldn't so my whiney 10-year-old self didn't bother to play with it. and it was for the night only the next day it cleared. so I hate how ungrateful I was. because that was the only time I got to see snow and I ruined my chance.
