Cool channel. I can tell you from experience, I used to be obese and all and was desperate to fix my gut problems. What’s really healed my gut is cutting out all animal products all together. I have no complaints about my digestive system. It’s normalized & now stable! Food combination is important too. I predominantly eat a Raw Whole Foods lifestyle with the exception of have cooked simple carbohydrates such as Noodles, rice, beans and some other vegetables in the mix if I want. I sprinkle lots of brown sugar to for taste on that rice. You can season it if you want with other stuff. Unfortunately I do believe strongly a lot of these high fat animal products are the cause of this sickness and insulin resistance & bloating. Not to mention, high sodium intake also. So fast digesting, high fiber, low fat and low protein foods such as fruit, vegetables and grains are ideal. Dried fruit is good to if you don’t have fresh available for some reason. The human body really does have a tough time breaking down all these animal products due to lack of fiber, high fat, and high protein that your stomach enzymes have to break down & have to work harder to break down. Not here to force anything but suggest. Thanks for sharing! I respect your journey and hope it goes well!:)

HI! Wow thank you so much for your help! I've been vegan before but I went about it with an unhealthy mindset and I used it to restrict with the low calorie fruit and veggies. I didn't fully appreciate or utilize the benefits that this food could nourish me with. I've just recently decided as of literally yesterday to go back to that lifestyle again and approach it in a way to help heal my body instead of restricting. I really appreciate you sharing your story because it makes me more confident that I'm making a wise decision to go back to a plant based diet.:) Thank you!

@@jennnamartinn You’re Welcome. Usually I save cooked foods until dinner time as a side note. I just want you to be successful long term ultimately. I’m going to get what I brewed up when someone made a comparison Matt Stonie (Competitive eater) Vs Nikocado Avocado (Mukbanger) Hopefully this opens your eyes more. Yes, it’s not good to restrict at all. You can eat abundantly.

@@jennnamartinn Here’s the truth right now. I’m very much sad to say that this calories obsession and carb or sugar phobia is a society fear driven thing generally. Trust me it’s not anyone’s fault if they don’t know this or being mislead. It’s not about the calories. The secret is quite simple. It’s not genetics I can promise you that. Matt eats a high carb low fat diet. Because the fat you eat is the fat you wear either inside your blood stream or externally. Clogs your body up regardless. So the more fat consumed, the more fat you’ll store. The less fat you consume the less fat you’ll store. Aka slim. He can still eat a lot and not get fat. People who follow a low fat high carbohydrate protocol I’ve seen are very slim always. Especially high carb low fat vegan. So when he goes about to do a challenge when he eats a lot of fat calories for one time, his body will simply not store it regardless because of how much less frequent he does the challenges for once a month or longer. He can train and work around those calories he ate. much calories he burns during his gym sessions. So it’s like a life hack or cheat code in a way. I guarantee you no one in this comment section has said what I said. Im telling you the truth. I’m right and it makes total sense. You can look into yourself.:) Calories in and calories out is total nonsense. Also, look what nikocado eats a lot of in his diet vs Matt’s. Well the anwser is fatty foods is what nikocado eats most of in excess. Therefore he is a fat storer, not a fat burner. Very much hope this makes sense. I’m not even a nutritionist FYI. It really is just common sense to look on foods fat contents. Fat is your enemy. Watch out for it. People can still be uneducated and still have a certified label on them unfortunately and be mislead. You guys may think I’m probably crazy but let’s be real here… Don’t get me wrong. You can still eat fat but I would aim for healthy fats such as avocado or plant based options of fats. Some, just not a lot. Plant foods typically are faster at digestion because of the fiber content and high water content. Now back to Matt. I do believe that is metabolism is fast and can break down these tough fats more efficiently, but there is a catch. Doesn’t justify necessarily what he does is healthy exactly. You can still be still slim and healthy eating all that stuff but it will catch up to you eventually. You can suffer internally instead of externally. Eating a lot of this animal product still could lead to cancer because meat is carcinogenic. I mean look at the fried foods he eats sometimes. Eating foods like that produce a chemical called acrylamide which forms from fried foods there for creates a risk or breeding ground for cancer. I’m very worried for Matt even though he looks healthy. I’m suprised this isn’t common knowledge. I forgot to mention that in the protocol you can a lot of various high carbohydrate fruit and vegetables. Even grains. Fiber is very good for the body because it keeps your system flowing. The big problem is to much protein and fat in our animal products long side of no fiber. No fiber equals slower bowl movements and more processing our body has to do to break down this in our body because of the high proteins and fats from the animals. If you want you can google “dietary fat and obesity” and “Acrylamide and Cancer Risk” You’ll see what I mean.

@@jennnamartinn The purpose I’m trying to make here is people really should start looking on nonbiased alternative health food websites honestly. A lot of this information I’m stating is out here in front of us you know. It’s a matter where one gets their information from. It’s very important for people to know this so they know exactly what’s healthy and unhealthy to prevent diseases and sickness. So they can have confidence by the credible nonbiased health food sites. Or even nonbiased books about healthy eating. Despite one that may have a higher metabolism and can process fats better than others doesn’t necessarily mean that they are healthy long term. Sometimes I do feel a bit sad sometimes because I know very much a lot that society mostly doesn’t know which I think should be common knowledge about food.
