I just have to tell you Cambria, I watched you back when we both struggled with binge eating, did not watch for over 6 years I think, then I got saved in January 2022 at the age of 23. This journey with Christ has changed everything about my life for the better and to have been blessed with stumbling across your sweet smile and love for life again after so long has been such a gift. Each part of your journey you have shared has been beautiful even when it was not easy so I just want to say thank you for your transparency, openness of your faith in Christ, and encouragement to be all God calls us to be NOT what the world calls us to be. God has gifted you with such an uplifting spirit and I thank Him for you. Have a blessed day Cambria and I have no doubts you will continue to flourish this year and beyond💛

Ahhh Cambria!! I have implemented some of the things you’ve mentioned since you posted your first pain free period video and my periods have been so much better. I used to be the same way… stuck in bed without even being able to move from how bad my cramps were. So now that they are nearly pain free, I feel so incredibly thankful for these tips! Also, I am reading Atomic Habits right now too! 🤩 what a coincidence! Such a great book with incredible insight on habits. Lastly, I had to go order more LMNT because I forgot how much I loved it when I first tried it when you recommended it. I’m excited to enjoy it again soon😊😍

I struggle with painful periods, recently they haven’t been so bad but when they are it’s excruciating. My Dr wants to me to get tested for endometriosis. I’m continuing to try and find ways to support my body naturally so I really appreciate this video. Could you possibly do a video for healthy lunch ideas for those that work outside of the home but geared toward that time of the month. It’s so overwhelming trying to make sure you are eating correctly outside of the home. Thank you 😊

Watching this in March 2024. 2023 was a very hard/painful year for me. I got into a really bad car accident in January( no major injuries, thank Jesus). We had to put our 14 year old dog to sleep in March and then my mama went through a two month stay at the hospital before I had to make the hardest decision in my life to stop her treatment. She passed 2 weeks before Mother’s Day. I’ve not walked through losing a child, so I don’t know your exact pain, but my heart aches for your lose and I just wanted to say that I love you. This is for you Cambria and anyone else who’s experienced/experiencing lose. I pray that the Lord would continue to bless you and give you peace. May He wrap you in his loving arms and give you comfort when and where you need it most. 💗

Cambria!! We’ve talked a little through the comments before but I’m not sure if you remember me. I’m 18 and I’ve been following you for the last 8 years and am just so blessed to have you as a role model. Without you I not only would have suffered greatly from my eating disorder but I would never have gained to faith I have in Jesus that I have today. I’m graduating in May and planning to attend Messiah University and receive a nursing degree and eventually work in midwifery, in the mean time throughout college I will work as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I just paid for my NASM course yesterday and I would not have found my path without your influence. Thank you so much for doing what you do. I love you and your family with my whole heart and pray one day I can give you a hug to truly express how much you’ve changed my life.

I think carrots are a prebiotic so doing that with the probiotics they work together :) I would love a video on a very simple way to “pair” foods and examples where we can get a better understanding when getting started. Sometimes it’s information overload and I want to take notes but I’m visual too so it would be awesome. I hope you come out with a cookbook with holistic info with it. Also this video was so encouraging. Thank you for bringing us back to Gods word at the end. ❤️❤️

It’s a HUGE myth that our periods as women will always come with pain. We don’t slow down enough to truly support ourselves during this delicate time especially. God is showing me thru you to truly take time to nourish and value myself and to be gentle with myself and take beautiful care of myself, because I am His beautiful creation worthy of tender care! I have never known the pain of a miscarriage and cannot began to relate to it. From an outside perspective I just want you to know how much I see God’s glory in this and how it has encouraged me. For you to be given the prognosis of never having kids to Him proving He is more than what others say, and showing even in something so painful, that He can open up your womb. It has shown me that His words are truer than anyones and that His glory is shining even in deep valleys and high mountains.

Always love your videos & encouragement. I was researching LMNT but they do add “natural flavors” which means they can add any sort of chemicals they want & still call them natural. There is nothing natural about them if you do some research. I was sad because we were going to order & get the great benefits of the minerals.

I know you are trying to have a child. But birth control really helped to A) regulate my cycle and B) for hormones. I'm on Nortrell, if you are curious. I also used to get really bad headaches and insomnia during PMS. I haven't had a major headache in a while, maybe last week, but that was rare. I usually end up taking an IBuprofen. I finally learned how to make a broccoli salad, it's really easy to make. I made it tonight. It's really late here, I'm a night owl though.

i have to disagree with you cambria on the topic of bowel movements. While yes regular bowel movements are ideal, going everyday is not necessary. Going less often than what you usually do would be a concern but anywhere from going once everyday to once a week even is normal and healthy if that's what your normal pattern is but you do not need to have a bowel movement every single day and you shouldn't try to if you can't

Have you considered the possibility of endometriosis? Estrogen dominance comes hand and hand with the condition. Took me 10 years to get diagnosed whilst arguing with Dr's as they were insistent i didnt have the condition.. turns out it was wide spread all over my pelvic organs and i was fortunate enough to find a specialist to remove it. Just maybe something to read into! x
