I haven't tried to freeze them, but I bet you could. I'm just not sure how the cottage cheese would do. Worth a try though!

They are about $15 now the dash mini waffle maker…they are cheaper if you happen to find them at Ross or Marshall’s maybe even tjmax. Or can wait til they are on sale for $10 somewhere.

Hi there! Thank you so much for your kind words!! It's definitely overwhelming at first. Just take it day by day and think of it as a health journey and a new way of eating. :) I used 100 grams of the hash brown potatoes (which I think on the package is about 2/3 of a cup).
