Motorized salt and pepper grinders!!!! 😃 I didn't know they made these!! Some arthritis in my hands makes grinding S&P a pain. I'll look to see if you have a link to these. Otherwise, this is a wonderful plan. Especially the chicken tenders and veggies for lunch.

Thanks so much! So glad you enjoyed it! And no, there's no requirement for a disclaimer. The word "healthy" means something different to everyone. I just like to add my own disclaimer as a reminder that we are all soooo different, so what works for one may not work for another. 😉
