I’m from the HS class of ‘64, so glad to hear others of us out there still trying! I used to teach “ unsafe aerobics” after my real job in the 80s. Was a toothpick. Had a baby in my forties, let my sweet tooth take over, and here I am! My husband and I started at the same time. He lost a ton in 3 months ! I’m the snail 😟.

I totally went nutz today.... first time in more than 2years I couldn’t help myself in the store when I saw the new summer fruits.... they were about a hunnert dollars apiece but I bought one small peach and one small plum and a small apricot.....ate them all together and was happy as a pig in “sugar “. Hoping it doesn’t mess me up, but in a way I really don’t care..... it’s my 80th year and rulesbedamned. Having kicked my D2 to the curb a couple years ago when I went carnivore was a big accomplishment for me, so Poo I say: Poo! Love you 😍I just tried to order the eggwrapps and it was impossible! (If pete and repeat were on a boat and pete fell off, who’d be left?? REPEAT.... ugh) Update: Going off my strict carnivore schedule did not work well for me. Only 2 days of fresh fruit (very small), and a large organic hothouse tomato ($$$) along with a small avocado has caused me 1- a very itchy back and dry skin on my shins, and 2- a significant weight gain of 8 pounds. So that’s it for my body accepting anything not animal related. I don’t feel bad, I’m very glad to know. Such is life, nu?

I purchase all the flavors after your first video on egglife wraps. I love all the flavors they are yummy. I did try the frying method but I have a toaster oven and I place them on the rack watch them, flip them, until they’re dry and crispy and they are perfect every time.

Love Brooks shoes too. I wear the Ghost style because I need a big toe box. When I lived in Washington state they would have a big sale twice a year. I would stock up. Years ago when I started Keto, I “invented” 😂 a dish (or so I thought), of ground beef and tomatoes/chili mix with taco seasonings. I called it my “keto chili”. My daughter absolutely loves it! She makes traditional nachos with it and I just add cheese and eat it in a bowl. Phenomenal!
