Thanks for the videos Neisha and Ken. Since the second week of July I have lost over a hundred pounds of fat and put on a lot of healthy muscle going full Carnivore. Nearly Lion Diet actually, but I do eat bacon ''as long as it has zero total carbs'' and I do eat pork as well as all ruminant animals I can get my hands on. I only use salt for a spice and use LMNT for my electrolytes since here in Canada I can not get the right Keto Chow that Ken has his helped design. ''For some reason we can only get the one with less minerals here?!'' I recently ate cheese and had some cream and guess what, my eczema that was gone is back! So now I'm fasting for a few days to detox and I will never touch dairy again. Thanks for all your hard work, thanks for the great people in chat that leave helpful comments on both Ken's and Neisha's videos! Merry Christmas!

@Sandy Shines Kicking carbs 100% all at once was hard for a while but then my body got used to not having them. After a month of no carbs I no longer even wanted them. And the truth to that matter is that they aren't even food anyhow. We were lied to all of our lives and told that cereals and sugar and other crap that causes inflammation is food, when in reality it isn't. After two and a half months I noticed my eczema was gone, the itch was gone and my skin was clearing up. My bowl movements got better. My depression and anxiety were manageable ''first time in a decade''. My inflammation went down to a point that I was able to go out and walk again. I was literally stuck to the confines of my house being unable to go out for extended periods for the past two years. Nothing in changing my diet has ever been as hard as dealing with PTSD, Anxiety, Depression and the physical pain from inflammation. I'll never go back to the standard american diet.

I've been telling my wife about what she should and shouldn't be eating and why for quite a while now, but not too aggressively. She's been doing fairly well with fasting 12-16 hrs a day for the past 2 years but has been struggling a little bit, probably due to some of the things she's been eating. She finally came to me and asked what she should avoid, and if I can make healthy alternatives for some of her favorite condiments: Mayo, ranch dressing etc She's looking to drop about 50lbs. I think her main issue is anxiety/stress.. I'm hoping she'll start learning about meditation again, and get back into her old routines of excercise. She was doing great before the past 1-2 years events, better sleep, energy, and mood.. Here's to hoping we can get that back :)
