Consistency is really the KEY for me hitting my goals. Showing up for myself a little each day with my workouts and eating healthfully helps me so I can be the BEST mom for my baby! For protein tracking I like to meal Prep and keep track of each meals protein amount but I can do a little more in depth sharing in my next video with a few more details! Makes it easy if you don’t want to track calories or macros but track protein!
