Is this new plan helping you lose the baby weight? Do you have any advice for weight loss? I don't add protein

I’ve already lost all my “baby weight”, I lost it the day I gave birth since I only gained 11lb during pregnancy however - my goal is to lean down a bit because even after pregnancy you lose muscle and gain body fat, so my goal is to recomposition my body! Adding in lots of weight training and protein will help to regain my muscle and achieve a leaner physique but - as far as advice for weight loss- you can eat anything you’d like ❤️ it’s just about calories in vs calories out. If you’re eating too much you won’t lose weight. Adding in protein will help keep your satisfied and fueled and will help you keep your muscle instead of burning it

3:30 in the MORNING 😮 I’m going to live vicariously through you on that 😂. I work from home and my alarm goes off at 7:00 and I’m like nah my first meeting isn’t until 8, I wish I could be a morning person! I am definitely going to make the egg bake and brownie bake this week!

I’m so thankful I was someone who only slept 5 hours a night and got up at 330 pre pregnancy 🤣 we have a great sleeper and she came home a great sleeper from the NICU but mom is up checking on her so much I’m the one not sleeping 🤣🤣🤣

I love it!!! I use it now 3xs a week but during pregnancy I used it every day! I’ve had one since 2020, I upgraded this past December to the one with the screen

@@flourishingmiranda nah most stuff can be adjusted slightly to be plant based and vice versa. I watch tons of great channels like yours just to improve. We're all trying to learn and grow as home chefs together! I'm a nice vegan!

thanks for being here and being a part of my journey! the recipe for the dark chocolate pancake bake: -3 cups kodiak pancake mix (you can use any flavor!) -2 cups water -3 scoops protein bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until baked in center

I am so jealous. I have been doing starch solution for 5 weeks and I am only down 5 pounds. I must have the metabolism of a snail.

I’m not doing the starch solution and weight loss has nothing to do with your metabolism it has everything to do with your activity level and the calories you eat. In vs out simple math it’s a scam that everyone thinks weight loss is based on metabolism, because how do you know how many calories your body actually needs without a metabolic test? You can’t do it based on a calculator or a calorie counter app, because that’s an estimate based on very little information.

I'm confused about how many meals you made with the sweet potatoes. I only saw 2 meals with 1/2 potato each; however, you cooked 3 whole potatoes. Thanks! Love your videos!

If this had been me, then I would buy a bottle of sriracha or hot sauce. There is no way I am going to eat lightly sauced pasta with boiled zucchini. The rice and vegetables are okay. The peanut butter and banana sandwich is okay too. But man, everything is so light.

I honestly don’t need to lose a pound, but it would be nice to love my body a little more. I mean my last baby is six, I have no excuses except he takes a lot of my energy.

You are an amazing human. You truly have inspired me since before I started my weight loss journey. My highest weight was 319lbs.😩, i did have weight loss surgery may of 2023, I’m now 186 lbs and so proud of my body for what it is doing. I also don’t count calories I just track my protein and water intake. Please keep posting these videos as you have given me great ideas on how to get my protein in each day. I love a food smoothie or protein shake. I can’t eat like I use to so I rely on shakes and smoothies packed with protein.

I love that you are vegetarian. I was raised vegetarian and I follow a lot of influencers, but most of them are vegan and I change the recipes to make it vegetarian for myself. I haven’t seen one of your videos in a while and I am so excited that you are vegetarian. No judgment for me though. if you ever go back to vegan, I am still here to support you. I myself will always be vegetarian. Thanks so much for all you do!

I took the hormone 5 years ago in pill form for 6 months and at the time I was struggling with hormonal acne and it took it all away! I struggle with it now post pregnancy and am hoping it does the same! It’s a natural supplement to balance your hormones, some talk about energy, weight loss and sex drive with it, I’ve only ever noticed that it clears up my acne! The greens + fiber I started taking during pregnancy because both were very absent from my diet when I was super sick, so my Dr suggested it! While greens and fiber are both best eating in whole food form, I prefer it this was because I’ve been doing it and have been really consistent with it! Consistency is key I believe to achieving goals

Just protein I count, i mentioned in the video I just track in my notes app each meal and total it at the end of the day!

Hi! I am new to your channel and I’m hoping that you see this comment. I found the seven day oatmeal weight loss on Pinterest. So I came to KZbin to find out a review on the weight loss that people were experiencing. I found your channel… And I’m watching this now. The seven day day meal diet that I saw on Pinterest was eating oatmeal for seven days but at dinner time you have chicken and vegetables and I think one or two days you have fish and vegetables like a large salad I realize you are vegan, so the chicken wouldn’t work for you I am wondering with this particular oatmeal challenge did you experience weight loss? I don’t have a sensitive stomach, but I generally try to avoid carbs as much as possible because I think just looking at them makes me gain weight Please, please any suggestions that you have I would most appreciate it! Happy to have found your channel 🩷 I also have osteoporosis very severely and have experienced a few fractures so my activity level has been very low and I have gained about 10 pounds so I’m hoping with time I will be able to start doing some form of activity.
