I just stumbled upon your channel and I really like your content and I think you are a very sympathetic person ;) I really like to make baked oats as well - today's creation was - as base chickpeas and oats, apple sauce medjool dates cinnamon a little spoon of miso flax seed mixed to a soft knead dough - topped with 2 apples as cubes and afterwards finalized with "caramel 5 dates + 1 tsp. Miso" mixed to be creamy - Ofen 175 °C - 35 minytes so!so! good ❤

I love a good meal prep! I love to prep meals and then just have healthy ingredients that are prepped to throw together for breakfasts and lunches. My schedule allows for that but it you have a 9-5 or work a desk job I definitely believe it's easier to prep meals to grab and go.

Thank you for sharing. The pancakes and egg bake look so good! I've done meal prep for lunches but now am adding breakfast. It's a game changer to have breakfast already done in the business of the morning.

I need to start meal prepping. Use to when I had kids. Now just me and my husband, I should. I can only do three days at a time in Florida. Humidity makes things go quicker.

Love this! I’ve been batch prepping blueberry lemon oats- then reheating each am with a splash of soy; stirring in a little vanilla protein too. I’ve been obsessed with hearty sweet potato & lentil stews. So always keeping a batch of something like that on hand. I’ll make a banana bread (using oat flour and dates) or other baked good to have for snacky type lunches because I’ve been craving it and listening to my body. I really like your word of the year. Mine is “joy” Thanks as always for the video, happy 2025!

My doctors (granted my oldest is 14 and youngest is almost 10 so years ago) told me that was a myth about the collagen etc. But I never believed them (women have been saying this for decades!). Now doctors are saying it is common. Go figure...
@flourishingmiranda2 күн бұрын
isnt that crazy!?? the fact that women are like hey we feel this and they're like nahhhh you aint! but yes its a REAL thing! Baby can soak anything out of you and it takes a LONG time to replenish! For me its been achy joints that I literally woke up with the day after birth and I was like wait what is that!?? Its gotten a LOT better! The first 8 weeks after baby when I got out of bed in the morning my ankles felt like they would snap it was wild!

i'd love to hear from you below! do you like meal prep alone or the whole meal prep, meal plan and grocery haul all in one?
@cherieoraivej2 күн бұрын
Depends on the week and how much time I have, I used to do it all in one day/afternoon. But now, it’s more plan one day, shop next and meal prep the third day for part of the week and then rinse and repeat.
@Alicia-i8f2 күн бұрын
Depends on my energy levels. As someone who is autistic and has other health issues things like shopping can be very draining. So, I like to meal plan ahead, buy groceries on my planned day, and then meal prep later if I have the energy levels for it
@hollyroecker9019Күн бұрын
For your videos, I enjoy it equally - either seeing it all at once or separate. I'd say whatever is easiest for you! :) I don't do a full prep of meals or ingredients like you do, I just always make extra so I have items on hand. Either extra of the actual meal or of the ingredient I'm prepping (such as rice or potatoes or veggies etc). This morning I made a big batch of baked oats, inspired by one of your previous recipes. Now I'm thinking pancakes sound good for next time! :)

So do you buy this every two weeks? Does that equal the $200 per month? I was a little bit confused on the timeframe. It went from a month to three weeks then to two weeks so was this hall for two weeks and then you re-buy the same stuff for the next two weeks?

I used to think I had an issue with peanut butter as well, but it was actually the other stuff that was in the pb. If I stick to like natural peanut butter that’s like peanuts and salt I have no issues.

Miranda I’ve been watching you for years and I just have to say that seeing you so happy and fulfilled warms my heart. ❤ Goal setting is a fantastic way to take care of ourselves … putting on that oxygen mask first and all. 😊 Thank you for your dedication to helping us reach our goals. Here is to a phenomenal 2025 … I too feel “futuristic “ saying that! 😂 My biggest goal for 2025 is to “shop” my pantry/fridge/freezer FIRST before taking a trip to the store or placing an order online.

One more time hack. We oven roast tofu. Cut it up, good with salt pepper and a little oil, roast at 425 for 15 - 20 minutes. It cuts out that active saute time. We make tofu like this almost every week.

Miranda, I just got diagnosed with a bunch of food allergies I am pretty much plant-based but I can't have dairy or any kind of red meat because I have that tick allergy alpha and also I can't have gluten which has nothing to do with the thing and I can't even have yeastto throw away nutritional yeast. So I've been learning to try to make gluten-free bread without yeast. It's going to be a challenge. And by the way, how's your baby doing?

I would love a goals video! It helps to give me more ideas. One thing I have been thinking about for a goal is to Use It Up before I buy more, I have so many random things in my pantry or bathroom closet, and I want to use them up before getting something new. This would also help me to spend less money and add to my savings account!
