OK you officially have the healthiest and happiest relationship with food any human on earth could possibly have!! And I that's exactly the main culprit and issue we have in this modern age that we have broken our relationship with food and it's become either a nuisance or down right an addiction, mostly to sugar and animal fat and watching your videos and seeing how happy this food makes you! And it does genuinely make you happy. Every recipe I used from your channel made every cell or my body just soo happy and thankful and it's a kind of guilt free and pure satisfaction that is really hard to describe if you've never felt it, but luckily you make these amazing videos where you share this joy with us and give people a glimpse of just how happy and just how deeply deeply satisfying food can truly be if you take away those addictive elements of it.

please write a vegan keto book! It's so difficult to find books that keep true to the vegan keto philosophy throughout all pages! the ones I found always slip back to carbs or animal sources of protein at some point... or are impractical, because the person who wrote it doesn't actually eat that way. I would be great to have recipes and tips for day-to-day vegan keto lifestyle all reunited in one place and easy to check.

Hi, I don't really post comments too often because I watch KZbin on my TV, I have to grab my phone & look up the post I want to comment on, its kind of a pain. But watching you I just felt a strong need to comment to share how wonderful I think you are. You have become my personal favorite on KZbin. You help me so much. I just listen to your video with keto questions people want to know most. And to hear you say you don't keep track of your carbs. or check to see if you are in ketosis, I'm the same way, it doesn't work for me either. I'm only 6 months into this and I feel like I'm finally starting to get this and realize what works for me and hearing you say this validates it for me too. I've been in a platue since before the holidays though. I tend to overdo the snacks. I love to bake too , I made lots of keto Christmas cookies, I didn't eat as many as I normally would but I definitely over ate. I also have a hard time with meals, most of the time I would rather eat snacks then a meal. Thank you for your videos I love your voice, and your laugh! You are a very interesting and creative women. Hi Lori, so glad that I could be part of your keto journey. I also have days that I just want to snack and nothing els. But the thing with keto food is that it doesn't matter! Because unlike regular snacks (mostly high carb and sugar), keto snacks are nourishing and packed with energy which will support your body just like "main keto meals" would do. I can't tell you how many keto amoretti I had over the Christmas :)) If you're already following the principles of keto then the next task is to learn to trust your body and allow it to guide you. It took me a long time to be forgiving when my body doesn't do what I want it to do. It's now a collaboration and not a battle. X

I love warm avocados too. It's good to know I'm not the only person that does that. I normally sauté them with my onions, mushrooms and bell peppers for an vegan omelet using JUST egg. I also use chopped pickled jalapeños just like you use you secret ingredient Nakasero Giardiniera relish (on almost everything). I wonder if I can find that here in the US. OMG!!! You're using Italian Giardiniera!!! I absolutely love it!!! On everything as well!!! The brand I like the most is called DellAlpe (US), it comes in a mild or hot version, I prefer hot. I'm currently living abroad and I don't have it available here, it's the one thing I miss the most!!! It's the first time I see it being used on KZbin, yeiy!!! Love the stuff!!! I think you should do a video on the importance of supplementing vitamins. Both the keto and vegan diets lack key essential nutrients. The biggest ones are vitamin c in keto and iron in vegan. Also protein. Only saying this because I was dumb about my diet years ago and now I have chronic health problems. I don't want others to suffer the same. People will say "you get X vitamin from Y food" but it's not enough. It's not the amount you need daily. And you need even more than the RDI if you're stressed or exercising. I'm loving keto diet, and I love your videos because I hate that keto is so much meat and dairy. But I'm a person who needs constant reminding to take vitamins, lol. I hope to see more videos reminding me! :) I think it'll be worth it for you to see a nutritionist and report back on a video.

Make sure the toppings do not have high water content as they will release the water as they bake and make the pizza base soggy. I have the tendency of over-loading toppings as well, so I have to exercise self-controle 😂 Happy new year x
