Try making the potato in the air fryer . I rub some oil on it and bake it 380 degrees for 30 minutes. It might take some more baking if is a big one, but the skin comes crunchy and delicious

I need to try that! I've used the Instant Pot to make potatoes when I have extra time, but I don't recall ever cooking them in the air fryer the whole time. Definitely going to give it a try! Thanks Yolanda! :)

Also the cottage cheese thing is bomb! I used cottage in place of Greek yogurt ect all the time. If you blend it and add a tbsp/ couple of them of sugar free cheesecake pudding and like a tsp of what ever flavor of sugar free jello flavor. Taste just like a cheesecake. Or extra protein in your savory thing!

I’m shooting for 100 grams of protein a day as well. This is something I like for a snack or breakfast. It’s 1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese for 1 point & 1/2 container of Oikos Greek fruit flavored yogurt, also 1 point. I mix the 2 & it’s really delicious for a snack. For breakfast, I again mix it in a cereal size bowl. Then top it with 1/8 cup of granola (2 pts) & add some blueberries for 0 points. It is so delicious & very filling. The entire bowl comes to 4 points. I’m always more than satisfied until lunch.

I’ve used a potato bag for a couple of years now and I love it. I also use it for corn on the cob and it turns out perfectly every time - not soggy from the boiling water. Also baked sweet potatoes. Anytime I have a small amount of leftover chicken broth, I freeze it in ice cube trays. Then I can take out one cube and thaw it when I know I’m having baked potatoes-it adds moisture without adding points. If I want butter flavor I add Butter Buds - zero points for a serving.

I love the Good Culture cottage cheese too. I found that Good Culture also makes sour cream! I haven't tried it yet, but your loaded baked potato looks so good, I might have one this week! Love your videos!

I figured it was as seen on TV. It definitely doesn't crisp the skin but Kathy commented to just toss potato n air fryer for a couple minutes after. May try that next time!

I can't say for sure since I'm pretty new to the machine, but the best thing is you can try things and if they don't work to your liking, just change it up some until they're the way you want. :)
