If you like beet root have it often. It's got tons of iron in it, so it will help with your anemia, even when you forget to take your tablets.

You should buy a steamer and steam your veges (carrots etc.), you’ll get more nutrients out of them, boiling them tends to take away lots of the nutrients

I love these videos! They are motivating to be healthier but to not starve yourself and they give good meal ideas and are generally interesting and respectful around what can be a difficult subject

I made homemade jam for the first time this week and it was so easy! 400g strawberries, chop them up and cook them down in a pan on low heat until they're mushy and soft, add a tablespoon of chia seeds and a squirt of lemon juice and simmer for about 10-15 minutes until it thickens, then it's done! You can add a sweetener if you want and it lasts for about a week :)

Holly Ingram I know I’m not Gabs but as a person who eats healthily I’ll tell you that you feel so much more energised if you eat no processed food !! It’s so worth it and your tastebuds adjust so you crave healthy things rather than processed things :)

You are smashing slimming world well done. The only advice I would give is to buy some proper measuring spoons as the spread you had was probably over a tablespoon. I hope this helps to protect your weight loss. Looking forward to the next Food video 😊 love you xx

Do you syn the extra milk you put in the mash potato and your cup of tea? I usually tend not to because it’s never that much but always get worried it’ll total up to a few syns over the daily allowance x

Hi Gabbs . Well done for giving slimming world a go . It is an amazing plan . I lost 6 stone on the plan in about 16 months and felt great . I had about 2 stone left to go until target and then ...... I fell pregnant and 7 weeks ago I gave birth to a beautiful boy called Teddy . So I'm going to have a break and enjoy him then get back on it . I'm so happy you are making videos on sw as watching these really helped me feel motivated . Here are some You tubers I love to watch : Janesw - Jane and her partner Charlie both follow sw and like in Eastbourne ( not too far from you ) . I have been following them for a few years now and really enjoy their videos . They do vlogs, shopping hauls , recipes , alsorts . They are getting married in July. Trim with Tan is another lady I follow . Tanya does daily blogs and additional videos like hauls and recipes. She has 2 little boys and lives with her partner Chris . Debbiesw is amazing and has lost 14 + stone . Debbie does daily video good diaries plus loads more . Katy Jayne is also fab . Katy has lost 6+ stone and is about to become a sw consultant. She does add of hauls , recipes and weigh in updates . Please check all these fab people out . I hope they help you as much as they did me xxx Good luck xx

The oats looks so yummy. I am so going to try this as soon as I can get some frozen berries, for me frozen last a lot longer then fresh, and some jam. I like oats in the morning with peanut butter. And to save me from having to clean a pot later. I put my quick cooking oats in a bowl, pour hot water over the oats, and mix.

Good way to save your milk hun is if you put 75ml of hot chicken stock cube into your potatoes and mash it up it’s lovely !
