so chill, Inga! watching your videos has this calming effect that is perfect for Saturday mornings. How can I tell you're ambitious like me? the over pour of tonic water, making fried tofu with soft tofu, and too bowl too small for the egg salad 😅. love it! Hit me up if you need more ketchup chips! lays are ok, but there are better ones out there. Also, loved the use chop sticks to eat chops. equally effective for cheetos. 🙂 Oh and pro tip for keeping cool (or warm) keep your feet chilled (warmed)..

One good thing about living in the UK - it can go from 35C one day to cold & rainy the next, so there's no need to fully commit to 'summer' food. Of course that can mean you end up eating a big hearty stew on a hot day and a spicy cucumber salad on a cold one, but it mostly works out in the end.

if the tofu is firm you can actually freeze in the freezer after taking out of the packet and squeezing out the excess liquid gently afterwards it will be a lot easy to work with and a lot spongy too hope this helps sending lots of LOVE from INDIA
