A transmission is personal communication between yourself and your angels. I think sending your own transmission is what makes it special because it's about your own self and no one else, you don't need to do it "right" or reference other people
@theblondediscoteca

@@JohnPorsbjerg I think that’s such an important point! Sometimes I feel like staring out with a blueprint from someone else can really help me step into what is my own, but it’s important to be grounded in the intention that you want to start transmuting your own, stepping stone vibe ✨
@JohnPorsbjerg
@JohnPorsbjerg 3 жыл бұрын
@@theblondediscoteca Yeah i also often feel the urge to see how other people practice, to have a reference before i try myself. Actually i find there's a lot of worth in doing it the other way around, to start with knowing nothing and just try, and then later see how other people do it (this applies to all things like journaling and art) because then you really notice what makes you unique and what defines your personal approach to life!

I was literally just thinking this morning about the resentment i had towards all the men in my life for the misogyny they exhibit both consciously and subconsciously, and how hard it is to heal as a girl who grew up around those men. Then I watch ur video and u mention this “internalized smallness” that has been engrained in us bc of patriarchy and I am amazed by the coincidence. I think the universe is telling me to read that book you’re reading.

I feel like the idea of needing to be small is something I’ve struggled so much with in other ways I’ve always struggled to be small I knew I was in many ways supposed to but I rarely have been and often faced a lot of rejection and told I talk too much and take up too much space and I struggle so hard to find a balance it’s so exhausting and as I’ve gotten older I feel like I am making my self smaller and I and so deeply uncomfortable with how comfortable I’ve gotten making myself small apologizing constantly. It makes me feel so bad all the time that I just feel like I should go out into the forest and be away because I’m so big and hog so much space that only way I can do that is to be alone.
