Love your channel so much you’re so down to earth and relatable. A lot of the influencers act like they are perfect and their way of doing things are absolute but watching your videos and how you actually break things down makes me more confident when I go to the gym. Using your routines and has made it way easier to be consistent.

Thank you for all your content you have researched and being totally honest about your journey! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve worked on getting physical fit and reaching under 15% body fat only to quickly stop working out which would later lead to unhealthy behaviors and depression! Not until are started watching you on KZbin and Instagram that I realized that it was the journey not the destination ! I didn’t have a healthy relationship with food I would punish myself if I thought I ate too much , or starve myself that would lead to binging on overeating sugar! It was a vicious cycle, but now I’m realizing that’s not just about having abs being physically fit but also being emotional and mentally fit ! You’ve remind me that consistency is the key with everything, sleep , recovery, working out , learning, more learning, and being able fuel my body with good food won’t make me gain weight but help me with my mood! I thought my life was over at 51 and menopause was a death sentence but moving my body is a gift and I’m happier now then I was 10-15 years ago ! Thanks for knowledge, wisdom and your inspiration, and keep being you Krissy Cela!

I’m not usually a buyer knowing an influencer is affiliated. But after seeing what you’re doing with the young women in the uk, & informing them about fitness + giving them the clothing they need, I WILL be purchasing from womens best, you said it yourself, it goes a long way. & proved it. My cousin works for a nutrition supplement company and we’ve had that discussion about the pre-workout tingly itch. He hates it so he finds supplements that don’t have Beta-Alanine (or at least higher levels of it). Then there’s me, I like the tingly itch because then I know that it’s circulating in my system and I’m ready to workout! Hopefully that mindset helps people 😊

Thanks for the video! Big fan and supporter :) I have noticed a tiny mistake with regard to insulin, which I wanted to share. Insulin is a hormon, which is produced in your pancreas. This unique hormon regulates your blood sugar if its increases after a meal. If insulin was in butter, all diabetics would not need to inject insulin by syringes :) So, butter is simply fat but in moderation important and delivers calcium and vitamins like A, D, E, K.

That was so helpful Krissy. I am working on my body composition and want to reach a more comfortable weight. I workout from home about 3-5 times a week and just started pilates at a studio, once a week. I have been trying to learn what supplements I need to gain muscle as I work on losing weight. So this was pretty helpful. So grateful

Krissy I wanted to say that I love your ideas from recent videos i.e salmon with sweet potatos and baked chicken with vegies. I make them literally every week and they made my life easier. Your the best when it comes to meal prep. You are so authentic.

i love the idea behind making the bright evolve you flasks as a reminder to drink your water!! i find that i forget to drink water and end up having a headache or feeling dizzy without it. using a fitness journal that tracks water def helps for me to have at work to remind me how much water i have left for the day, when i’m not using the app the entire day 🤍 possible idea for new evolve you merch 👀👀

On the protein part, I think a good middle of the ground baseline is 1.6g of protein per kg of _lean mass_ so it's actually slightly less than you'd think. If you can roughly assume what your bodyfat % is you can get a decent idea of what your lean mass would be. For example I'm 82.5kg and my bodyfat % is around 20 % so my lean mass would be 66kg meaning I'd need 105g of protein per day to build muscle. (you can look up example pictures of certain bodyfat % ranges to get an idea).

I used to eat before workout and it did not work for me at all..I work out first thing in the morning so I work out fasted (but have. preworkout like oxyshred) and that's been working so well. Figuring out what works for you is truly the way to go

Hey, just a comment about the butter / insulin comment in the breakfast section. I don't really understand what you mean by this? Insulin is a hormone that the body naturally releases in order to break down carbs. It also inhibits the breakdown of fat and stimulates creation of body fat (only because it stimulates the breakdown of carbs for energy). It doesn't come from fat sources. So yeah, just a bit confused here? I have a degree in nutrition so I have a pretty decent wealth of nutrition knowledge. Thanks!

Quick question, I was thinking of taking a small amount of creatine in order to help my muscles as I began my strength training journey. At 47 here and overweight my creatine levels are low at a .52. I sent a quick note to the nurse to get the A ok and she said low creatine levels are good because it means your kidneys are functioning well. Im confused because it also means I have like no muscle mass. I don't have any health conditions and are on no medications so I don't understand why she would recommend that. Any thoughts? I know you are not a doctor or any advice is not backed by a medical license. I just want to do something to help my body transition. So I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.
