A KZbinr who blurred people’s faces in the gym. I respect you for that, sometimes it gets super annoying for people to just record you
@Jafmanz2 жыл бұрын
if she spent less time doing really advanced movements and more time just training her core lifts then there would be no need for such blurring. the only reason to use a landmine squat is limited equipment... and she is in a gym where she pretty much has everything.. yet she choses that lift and blurs people out... it's pointless, fake.... nonsense...

this comfort zone thing is like what way one does feel the best to me comfort zone was never a thing becasue life felt uncomfortable since childhood but what has always been the most important to me is TO FEEL GOOD and staying where one is and not getting further is something that was pissing me off deeply since i remember this feeling of not going further is like pressure in my mind like something tries to push me down or hold me back feels so unnatural. It is like with waking up even early i did wake up 2h before i have to leave just in order to have peace before starting my day and as well becasue i feel my best. So rather than trying to push your "comfort zone" which to me is the uncomfortable zone fells lazy lethargic etc make up your mind that it is most important for you to feel good and what is necessary in order to feel good so your focus is on feeling good and not on pushing through something "uncomfrotable" makes it easier. Sme with cleaning hahah never liked it or cooking but it doesnt bother me as well since i do with since i am 11. Everything one is doing in life is to feel good so have a great day 1y after posting this video and feel good ;D

I went to the gym for the first time since I left my little home town. And this gym is 3 stories tall and incredibly crowded all the time. I could only get myself to warm up for a workout before I got so nervous that I just left. My gym back home was MUCH smaller. Any tips for getting comfortable in a new or overwhelming gym?

Try going when it’s a little less busy, maybe on a Sunday morning if possible? If I know the layout of a gym I always feel much more comfortable❤️

Spend time on the treadmill looking around and try to go often even if it’s for one body part. That will give you time to look around and after a week it will feel like it’s your place. And I agree change your time and avoid Monday evenings. No one has a good experience at a busy gym.
@sunnylerae42772 жыл бұрын
It can be helpful to go early in the morning if possible. Between 6-8am there are always far less people during that window of time. Otherwise late at night works too, but I find that less optimal
@sabrinahall84892 жыл бұрын
Ok so not to suck up to Sophie but I felt the same UNTIL I bought her programs -having structure and a clear idea of what to do takes away soooo much nerves, and gives that impression of "I know what I'm doing" even though no one actually cares about anyone else in the gym. If ya get me. I strongly recommend a program!

So funny, I was eating almost identical chicken soup while watching this video! But a little tip, soften the veggies in the pot before adding in the stock and warming it in the same pan. Also I cook my chicken in the stock to add even more flavour (and it means there’s only one pan to clean at the end too 😉) Definitely going to look into the Colleen Hoover books you mentioned and, as a yogi, I love that you’re enjoying your yoga and breath work practice! ☺️🙏
