3kg bohat weight hota hai, stress na lein warna itna b nai ho ga. Do it slowly to maintain it properly. Agar weight stuck ho tu Plan 3 follow kar lein, nai tu Plan 1 & 2 continue rakhein

Hi Aleezay! I watch your vlogs religiously, i love that you're very real n relatable. I just want to ask the next time you visit your dietician can you please ask her if we can take some weight loss supplements for added benefits like the ones from nutrifactor or thr protein factory. I have heard some really good reviews about Thermopro Burn from the protein factory. Thank you n keep up the good work

Hi there, thanks so much! Your appreciation is extremely valuable to me😊 I asked this to my dietitian once and she replied that if you wanna take, you can take no issue. Supplements are to supplement the healthy diet, the diet is already perfectly balanced still if you wanna take, you surely can take any supplements of your choice 🙌

Yes these products are very bad for health ,last year nutifactor ki weightloss suppliment liye phaly to weight loss hua ramzan bhi tha but usk baad mere cycle disturb hua nerv issue start ho gye and weight gain start ho gyea 76 sy 84 py a gai ab bohat mushkil ho rahi hy weight loss plz koi na lain aisi cheezain

@@mrs.rizwan2959 ohhhh no thank you so much for talking about this. I was about to try their supplement as it's quite hyped even recognized dieticians are talking about it. I am glad you mentioned. I wanted to try Nutrifactor or the Protein factory Fat Burner one but thank you for sharing your experience. That's why I believe comments more than influencers because they're from real people not paid professionals who don't even respect their followers n the influence these bad recommendations do

Dear Aleezay.. its my 5th day of Plan 1... i am going good.. Alhamdulliha.. Thanks for your guidance.. i have a question.. can i add beef or mutton in replacement of chicken in 2 or 3 days in a week during my weightloss journey.. Thanks beforehead :)

Dear you, I’m glad it’s going good for you MashAllah. Yes you can add beef with bones stock or mutton instead of chicken, please do not add oil in it. You can take stock two bowls in a day but please make sure not to take more than 4 or 5 pieces of meat in it. Please feel free to ask if you have any other questions, any time 🙌♥️

@@aleezayreviews Thanks Alot Aleezay.. i just want to loose 5 kgs actually. its 1st time ever i have started any diet plan in my life.. i am 35, current weight 62 and want to have 57 kg.. i am believing in your diet plan :) lets see what comes next.. hoping for best.. i also have researched.. and foud that we can also add homemade cheese in our egg omlet in the morning. do u suggest it?

@@madihawariscg you’re welcome dear. Cheese is the part of Diet Plan 1 already, 2oz cheese! I used coconut oil though. It’s gonna be super effective for you InshAllah as you have to lose less weight. But please after plan 1, start plan 2 & lose max 2kgs more. Then start Plan 3 to maintain it in a healthy way
