6 months to a year to completely break down. Typically a year before you’ll have soil. I typically will get strawberries, tomatoes and pumpkins growing in my compost pile.

Everything looks delicious 🙌🏼 Well done 🙏🏼 For building mass, all you have to do is increase the fruit...it’s amino acids that one needs, not protein. One can’t have too much and excess glucose is stored as glycogen in the muscles. I eat about 4-5k calories per day of 90% fruit 10% veg / seeds and am packing on the muscle like never before..also gym 5-6 days per week. High Raw vegan, primarily fruit based for 2 years now Hope this helps you or someone else! Love and light 🙏🏼

Trevor what kind of fruit besides mango idk anything high calorie
@trevor25162 жыл бұрын
@@jennifery21 I eat 20+ varieties of fruit per week but I live in Florida where this isn't a problem. Calories are never an issue but should not be the primary focus. Volume of hydrating fruits is the key but people are surprised to learn how much calories some fruit contain. Check this out: 1 medium coconut contains 1400 calories 😲 Drink the water, eat the meat and, if you like, juice the rest of the meat with a masticating juice to make coconut milk + shredded coconut for some date/coconut cookies! 1 pineapple 450 calories (I will sit down and eat 1 whole ripe pineapple for a meal. More calories than a Mcdonald's double cheeseburger!) 1 avocado 350 calories 1 kent mango 200 calories 1 medjool date 150 calories 1 banana 120 calories Getting calories on fruit is EASY but you do have to EAT if you want some size and muscle as I do while staying lean. Eating fruit will not store fat around your waist (where the "waste" is is stored.) Visceral fat will drop over time and all inflammation will fade away. If you're short on calories and don't feel like eating a huge fruit meal, you can supplement by making a smoothie with, let's say, 5 bananas, 4 dates, 2 mangos and 24 oz OJ which yields 1900 calories! Good luck doing that with meat, dairy, grains, veggies 🤢😂 REMEMBER GUYS: Fruit sugar is not to be feared. This is our FUEL. Do not buy the propaganda. It is the most alkaline, healing, heal-thy substance one can consume and does not require insulin as it's absorbed through the cell wall through diffusion - no transporter needed. Your body is designed for this...Glucose + am-in-no acids is what creates protein synthesis. So one does not need to consume protein which has to be broken down In-Joy 🙏 💜

@@bellenesatanwell raw vegan is just not really the best way to go for it. Supplements are also important for every vegan (mainly b12 and for most people vitamin d). It is theoretically possible to stay healthy on a raw vegan diet, just extremely difficult and you need way more supplementation than on a regular vegan diet. Overall vegans show to be quite healthy in studies.
