I’m so glad you’ve spoke about body positivity in all sizes and explained your lifestyle and eating choices as the last video when you spoke about honey been ‘naughty’ I thought that may have been a trigger for people who suffer with eating disorders ext. Thank you ❤️

Thanks for the video 🧡 if you like the dalgona coffee...have you tried the banana one? Exactly the same but add frozen banana in a blender (or whisk) with the coffee and then add that mixture on top of iced oat milk soooo good! xx

I haven’t really seen a trigger with the pill however I find when I come off it I’m happier and less bloated in a sense x
