A recommendation from someone who is a barista - if you leave your espresso shot, it “dies” and tastes bitter. You should try steaming your milk first and put it on the heater while you brew your espresso shot and then combine the two! You’ll notice the taste is much better!!

But if the milk sits there then the foam separates and it it’s not good for latte art! The struggles of not having a dual boiler machine so I can brew and steam at the same time 😩

I found the easiest way to transition when I was just starting was to find the different substitutes I needed for what I normally ate. For example, I regularly ate Bolognese, so i'd try different mince substitutes each time I made it. That way you can still feel like you're eating what you were without the drastic change and slowly pick up which plant based ingredients you like, which you can then use to experiment in making new things 😊 hope that helps, good luck!

Typically larger dogs are more likely to "flip" their stomachs, so shes probably just waiting for them to digest before they can go out! pets.webmd.com/dogs/gastric-volvulus-bloat-dogs#1 heres an article in case you wanted to know more :)

I find the coffee distribution tool gives a more consistent outcome each time! With the tamper there's always room for human error haha aka pressing down too hard on one side etc.
