Just want to let you know, I first found out about intuitive eating from one of your videos a few years ago. After hearing you mention it, I did a quick google search which started my journey to recovering from disordered eating and never dieting again! Now, I'm becoming a certified intuitive eating counselor and I work at an ED recovery clinic. Your videos played a huge role in changing my life! Thank you for what you do :)

I’m new to your channel! Binging all of your videos because while I’m GREAT at cleaning and organizing, I’m HORRIBLE at cooking! I’m just not creative- I can’t look at the ingredients I have on hand and make something out of them. After watching a few of your videos I now have a fresh new list of things to try for next week’s meals!! So so thankful for youuuu!

I can't get over washing the eggs with soap. I can barely get myself to wipe the poop off before I crack them. But I've also been known to eat a sandwich while cleaning up horse poop.

Becca would you consider this the same as an egg souffle ?

I'm not sure, I've never made one of those!

@@BeccaBristow I am always envious of the Panera baked egg souffles, look a lot like this dutch baby. Because grains/gluten cause me a lot of pain I haven't found anything similar to replicate it.

I’m going to give the Dutch baby a go with coconut flour in place of plain. Crossing my fingers 😆 Looks delicious!
@roxannar38203 жыл бұрын
Coconut flour plus blanched almond flour might give you a better consistency (less dry and tough)
@BeccaBristow3 жыл бұрын
Oooh curious to hear how it turns out!! :)
@cassandrasmom3 жыл бұрын
@@BeccaBristow I made it yesterday. You use much less than 1 cup, since coconut flour absorbs more liquid. I ended up using about 1/4 cup. It was delicious!

Does the Dutch baby taste super eggy?

Def more like eggs than a traditional pancake, but it's really tasty!

I cleaned the romaine in a salad spinner, just didn't show that part. The mixed greens I always buy are pre-rinsed!
