Don't be sorry! Honestly, our generation is so set on CONSTANTLY changing, growing, etc. We always think that we're not doing enough, we should be doing this, or that.... We desperately need role models that thrive in a routine and demonstrate publicly that it's GOOD to live a simple, happy life rather than overcomplicating everything. We can finally understand that it's OK to just BE instead of constantly being unhappy and unsatisfied with our own routine. I LOVE that you eat the same thing almost everyday. I admire it! I always watch your videos when I find myself overthinking. You bring me back, you make me calm. You are an amazing role model.

Felicia, I owe you so much, I started WW in February after finding you on You Tube, it is now June and I have lost 30 LBS. I am 50 years old and have a thyroid problem so it is coming off slow but it's coming off and I am so happy. So many woman in my position on the medications I am on say it is impossible to lose weight...I know now it is possible and you can be satisfied...full...and still lose weight. I was watching another video of yours and you wanted a suggestion on how to keep your brown sugar fresh. You can get a clay brown sugar bear from Amazon. You soak the clay bear in water for 10 minutes, take it out and pat it dry, then you put it in your bag of brown sugar and you will never have hard pieces again!

So I tried Built Bars awhile ago. I tried two flavors lemon and maybe mint. I hated them and literally threw the rest in the garbage. Chunky Lass Hi That’s why I left comments here that those bars are not that tasty and it looks like Im not the only one who dislikes them, so be aware before you make a large purchase not to waste money on them so they don’t go to waste. Personally when I bought mine bars I tasted each one of them to give them a try but could not finish, so they were no longer good for sharing or donating but even if I had some good ones left I would not give them or donate to anyone since I never share food with my friends that I don’t like it myself, it would make me feel awful.

The hash browns were frozen so I doubt it’s dirty. It may get some residue on it but not a huge deal. I usually just rinse it off really quick and put it back in the drawer
