Upgrade your ramen girl! If you're not vegan - include an soja egg (Boil eggs, zip them in a plastic bag filled with soja sauce and leave it overnight in your fridge), some precooked chicken and add bok choi! If you're vegetarian, swap out the chicken for tofu, if you're vegan make sure to get that tofu and add some meat substitutes (if you're into that) :D

Do you think you could do a video about what groceries you buy or what you have in your pantry? I'm curious about how you're able to make so many different dishes from different cultures without having to buy a new pantry every time you try out different food.

Easy answer is that I get a lot of premade stuff, like the tikka masala sauce and the tofu soup packet all came ready to go! It’s easier on the budget and also when you’re cooking. Obviously, nothing beats making it all yourself, but keeping in mind how many people you cook for and your grocery budget, it’s pretty good :)

linh ! as an indian, that store bought tikki masala paste is really really easy to make yourself, save some money ! you can even make a batch and freeze it in portions to use later.. its just tomato paste with onions and the main spices are turmeric, garam masala and you can add coconut milk to make it super creamy
