Love your enthusiasm and your easy going nature. You are so good and to the point! I love how you jump in and just do it! You talk fast, so I take notes and sometimes go back and rewatch to get some of your ingredients and points written down correctly. Thank you for all of the work you put in. So many people are benefitting from all of what you have done and are doing!! I've incorporated so much of the food suggestions and recipes into my daily routines and now am doing more smoothies as well. The Quest protein has actually replaced my creamer in my coffee so it is 0 points for my creamer since I only use 3 Tablespoons. My creamer I used to use was 6 points for 3 tablespoons since I like a lot of cream in my coffee. It has made so much difference in my daily point intake! They are a bit spendy but worth it. I don't drink a full one, but besides using it in my coffee I also add a few tablespoons to my smoothies to sweeten them up more and that helps make them more like a milkshake! YUM! I also started making the veggie mix and incorporate them into my bowls, and my eggs. They are so great! I was in love with Sweet Fire Chicken at Panda Express and you inspired me to figure out a copycat recipe. I use the veggie mix, and either chicken or shrimp, pineapple chunks and the Asian Sweet Chili Sauce from Trader Joe. The sauce is 2 points per Tablespoon, so you have to measure it out, but if you do it right, a serving ends up being only about 6 points if you use Hearts of Palm instead of rice. You can cook up Hearts of palm and add egg and mixed veggies and Liquid Aminos from Fresh Thyme for 0 points to use as your fried rice replacement. Just an idea if anyone is interested. It is one of my favorites as well as my husband's.

Love your videos! But I can definitely tell one thing that I must be doing wrong and that's not eating enough protein! Good grief you eat a lot of protein! Lol. And I don't think I even get 50 g a day of protein. On a regular day. Going to my doctor September 10 and I'm going to talk to him about trying to see a nutritionist if my insurance will pay for it because I have to figure out what's going on. I had gotten all the way down to 191.2 from 264 but in January I started slowly going back up again, and now I am 201.2. and I really haven't changed anything to cause it that I can think of. But, I did just do bloodwork and found out that I am officially postmenopausal :-(so wondering if that may have something to do with it 10:3

WHY WOULD BLENDED FRUIT BE CONSIDERED POINT WORTHY? Fruits and Veg are "0" on WW. At least in Canada. Now I am confused....
@marileeconner1352Ай бұрын
Because in its original state it has more fiber thus takes longer to digest. Therefore zero points.

Not tracking stuff like that wont work for people that are smaller. Just fyi. Just the banana has probably ~120kcal . With the cheese and everything that's probably around ~300kcal. If you are around 160 cm (5'3) that's enough for being or not being in deficit. One cannot change the laws of thermodynamics. Different people do have different metabolic rates and needs but if you dont track everything - at least in the beggining - you'll have no clue what you're consuming and where your calories are comming from.
@NikkiGetsFitАй бұрын
That is why every single time I mention that I don’t track something like 50 calories of yogurt dressing, I explain that it is because of how active I am and that it balances out because of that. And for foods like bananas, that is a zero point food on weightwatchers and not required to be tracked, and I do track it for calories in this video. When I provide recipes, I include points and calories for everything regardless of if I track it. I explain everything as I go and that it works for me. This video is meant for inspiration which again I do mention in the video
@DonandBirdieHarmsАй бұрын
I am 5'2" so I get 23 points a day plus my 18 weeklies. Her recipes are what I enjoy about her videos and her consistency in working out is an inspiration. She is 6'2" tall, so she can eat more so I take all of that into account and glean what I can from her videos. I do track everything because those sauces do add up for those of us who are shorter. But, she always explains what she does and why, so that has helped me to take from her what will work from me and that has been a lot! I have tried Keto, Paleo, Fodmap, Whole 30 etc etc and finding Nikki has made the difference in me being successful on my weight loss journey. I no longer feel deprived, I have more variety in my foods, I have more flexibility and can eat regular foods as long as I track it. I track everything on my WW app and that makes all the difference. I love the 0 point foods and the ability to scan the code on packages to make it easy to track. Going to meetings was laborious. Nikki is so much more inspiring and interesting and gives practical help. We are not all alike. Take from her what she offers and if it doesn't apply, then don't incorporate it. Good luck in your journey!!!

Do you work from home? These videos are inspiring, but not entirely for the woman who works at the office. The workout routine isn't realistic for a fulltime working at the office parent.

I work at the office full-time and I’m a parent. I workout at a gym 4-5 times per week. We have time for the things we make time for. If you prioritize fitting in workouts, then you’ll find a way to do it.
