I don't use WW but I still binge watch your videos for GREAT food ideas! I've caught on that the lower the WW points the lower calorie they are. I LOVE that you are now giving us the calorie count ❤

I cook 4 or 5 apples with cinnamon and Splenda and store in the refrigerator. I warm up in the microwave if I want to top with yogurt. They make a great treat by themselves or as a topper on oatmeal.

No matter how hard I worked with trying to lose weight with WW, my body just never responded to losing much weight and it would fluctuate from time to time and was doing everything right along with exercising. I feel like Keto and counting Macros really helped me lose weight and achieve my goals. Love watching your videos though. 😊

I typically use the serving size which is usually 4 oz but sometimes if I’m more hungry and it’s a zero point protein like chicken breast or ground turkey, I’ll use 5-6 oz!

Just curious, do you track how many calories you burn off daily? If so how many do you typically burn? Also how many steps do you get daily? I do a 1200 calorie daily diet and try to burn 300 off.

Hi. I’m not sure I can help but I used to be an avid weight lifter and an hour of cardio a day. Even though you can count how many calories an activity burns, once you develop muscle, the muscle burns calories even when sitting. If you count for example that you burn 60 calories, if you eat an apple it’s 60 calories. You might feel defeated doing all of that counting. But developing muscle burns calories in the background. Just eat a healthy diet and exercise the weight loss takes care of itself! Hope that helps 😊
