Hey not sure about anyone else but I'd really love to see a wardrobe walk through video! You have sooo many cute outfits and I wanna know where you get your pieces from! I know its very different from a recipe video so I understand if it's not your jam 😊 keep being you, thanks for another great video ☀️🌻

Hey hey! Basically everything I own is thrifted so I’m not sure how useful a walk through would be, however, I should definitely take you guys thrifting 💛💁🏻♀️✨

Hi Julia, just wanted to tell you that you turned into one of my favorite comfort KZbinrs lately. Whenever I am not feeling 100%, you videos and vibrant energy always cheer me up. I do tend to compare myself with others/ their diets but you make it so easy to just enjoy your content and get inspired. I post vegan food videos on my channel as well. Feel free to check them out if you are lacking some inspiration one day!

Yum love the look of all of these! Lunch is easily my biggest struggle 😩 That last dish I highly recommend trying it with cooking the rice IN with the vegies. Once they veg is just about roasted, add the raw rice and a bunch of vegie or vegan chick'n stock, making sure the rice is submerged, cover with foil (if you use) and continue baking. Check it regularly to top up the liquid as needed, serve once the rice is cooked 😋 my roast vegie pilaf was an accidental vegan family favourite long before we (finally 🤦♀️) went vegan 😍

Also can I say thank you! Thank you for not cleaning up the plates etc when you do the serving shots 🙏 I love seeing it so "realistic" rather than the perfectly poised, cleaned, stylized shots (I do love them too though, I'm looking at you Pick Up Limes! 😍) but it definitely is refreshing and makes me smile every time you drip or drop something or there's a tasty little morsel sitting on the edge of the plate 😋 💚

Thanks for that last "non" recipe. So simple & practical yet still looks great. I need to suggest that one for my mom who always had the habit of buying way more veggies than she ends up using before they spoil. I kind of have the opposite problem where I don't buy as many veggies as I should, so I don't waste any.

Just a free advice, be a little careful with the quantity of Garam masala, it gives dark colour to your food and its not always good for your gut, as its all the hot(not exactly spicy but I don’t know how to translate that in English) spices. And this is just a suggestion not at all a criticism or negative comment…It might cause heartburn…. Much Love from Alberta ♥️

Indian here the a in garam masala is usually pronounced with like the preposition a /ə,eɪ/. hope that helps. love the video all the recipes look delicious.😀

Garam masala is not a spice. It literally just means a mix of spices. Usually slices used in small quantities.

There is already plenty of protien in vegetables and grains. Pulses are good for you and important part of pretty much any healthy diet but you don't need to "get in protein" wheat, barley, quinoa, millet and oats are around 11-17% protien some vegetables can be over 50% (by calorie) the optimal amount of protien starts around 0.66g/kg of body weight wich may be as little as 5%. Yes you could possibly be getting 3X your protien requirements living off grains (not that you should though)

Want others' opinions: Does being vegan mean that you are somewhat more privileged than others who aren't?
@barawesome_ame2 жыл бұрын
Here are my thoughts: If you have the ability to exclude things from your diet by choice, then yes. There's a certain amount of privilege there. But foods that are naturally vegan like grains, beans, and produce (especially frozen or canned) are so much cheaper than animal based foods. If the disadvantage is financial, being vegan is extremely accessible. If the disadvantage is food scarcity or location, then veganism is a privilege 🤷
