Here´s a salsa recipe for your fried eggs! really recommended :) 2 plum tomatoes 1/2 onion 2-3 cloves of garlic 2-4 serrano peppers Chicken bouillon (Knorr suiza/Knorr caldo de pollo) or salt 1. boil the tomatoes and peppers together until both are soft 2. Add some chicken boullion (1- 1 1/2 tablespoons) to a blender and blend the tomatoes, peppers, garlic and 1/4 onion 3. In a pan add some olive oil and stir fry 1/4 onion until soft 4. strain and add the blended salsa on your pan and stir fry it (idk if thats the correct term lol) until it boils Once its done store it on the fridge! You can add it to pretty much anything :)
