nono thick noodles are chewy and soft if you just soak it in tap water for a night! you can just keep them in the container with water in the fridge for quick usage! just put them in when you cook something. those are soooo popular in Korea and we used to be obsessed for those for years😂hope you enjoy them as well🎉

For the thick noodles, you either have to boil them for AGES or you soak them in hot water overnight, and so it only takes around 3-5 minutes to boil for it to become a really chewy noodle. Please don't give up on these noodles. They have such a fun texture and are really good in soups (bc they soak up the flavor. You have to boil them in the soup). Love your videos as always

Totally agree with this! I usually use the thin sweet potato noodles because they take less time to prepare and cook but once you get these right, they are delicious sponges of flavour!

The message at 10:20 is the key, how you feel is crucial. Time ago, I was talking to some family members telling them I thought I gained a little bit of weight, that I wasnt feeling at my best and that I was feeling very uncomfortable. And eventhough I appreciate the kind messages, they all said but youre not fat. And I know that, but it was the way I was feeling. Ive been having some trouble with my hormones, so its quite a challenge to get around that. Also, Im so happy because I started exercising again and honestly, I think I needed it so bad. Thanks for sharing your journey Julia!

Me too. Personally for me, I already eat decently healthy but don't allow myself to eat enough or explore new recipes because I eat too little calories. I aspire to eat untracked, healthy, and happily like Julia. It's been my goal this year. It's incredibly challenging, but with time we can heal our ED's. I wish you the best of luck, recovery is possible my friend!

oh i know those noodles . lmaoooooooo ive had a whole bag and after boiling them i realized after that the only way for them to taste good and not like jello is if u just straight up sautee them ... they wont expand so much and theyll have more of a denser texture

Maybe you feel better with a higher protein breakfast. I feel my best eating a lot of fruit for breakfast (no that's not all I eat) I feel a lot more restricted and not great with a higher protein breakfast as opposed to a lot of fruit. I just want something refreshing at first. Remember how you feel is not everyone. Some people actually have kidney problems when they eat more than a few grams protein earlier in the day.
