I miss gym so much, i had lost 32 pounds when gym was open going 6 days a week became a size 12, now still in uk lockdown, no gym and failing at youtube workouts, stressed with uni at home ive gained 11 pounds, i wanna cry, your body is goals and you're so so pretty x

I am currently changing my workout routine from alot of cardio HIIT and hardly no strength to lockdown, this week I have started on my strength less cardio and hoping to achieve less body fat % and more muscle . I honestly love you girly!! ❤❤❤ How do you know when to stop during a suplus?? I'm aiming for 2,300 cals a day to have muscle gains. I track my weight during my morning and I'm noticing I pretty much stay at the same weight. Does that mean I have to eat more??
