I just watched an older video of yours about what you eat in a week, I commented on how cute your dog was a couple months ago. Now seeing her grown up, SHES SO BEAUTIFUL. Its also great that you have her on a raw diet from what it looks like. IMO I think that's the best way to feed your dogs to get them healthy and happy!

Love your content! Just a PSA for anyone new to working out or pre workout it can be very dangerous to take pre workout without first mixing it with water. Not everyone has bad side effects from doing this but some people have had heart attacks from doing this so please do your due diligence and be safe! No judgement just a safety precaution.

please make a video sharing how u changed your relationship with food and workouts(just like your intermittent fasting one). You were (earlier in the starting) in a calorie deficit and use to do more cardio than weight lifting, when did u realized to start lifting weights and being in a surplus? Hey, I think you are using Nars liquid blush for makeup? I saw you are putting it on with the inside straw plastic piece. Did you know it's a pump? Only asking bc I did the exact same thing when I first got it, and remember the straw being scratchy. But maybe you like to do it that way for more control. How many active calories would you say you burn in a day. I’m always curious. Lately I’ve switched from running every day to just a couple times a week and waking instead all the other day. And weights 5-6 times a week. But at the end of the day my watch says I burn the same. I’m just curious how much movement you get in your day. And what are your rest days like! That’s a big one for me!! My boyfriend says I need to take a rest day but I count my cardio only days as one. ... curious to hear your thought!

Ultimately, you need to do what works best for you & makes you happy. Please remember that fitness watches are not an accurate measure of calories burnt. Instead, find out your TDEE (still always an approximate, but is more accurate). In terms of comparing to Sophie, remember that everyone’s TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) is different depending on their age, height, weight, body fat percentage and a whole load of other factors. If you feel good about yourself then that’s all that matters 🤍
